This Chinese restaurant is super clean, and kid-friendly. My kids loved the little fishies, and didn’t want to leave the restaurant. I had this for breakfast since my kids and me wanted to try something new today. I have to say, this is the best restaurant I ever went to. My kids are absolutely obsessed with the chicken wings, which I can’t blame them, there is also healthy and vegetarian options. In conclusion, this is the best restaurant I ever went to.

delivery order twice now i ordered fried rice with $2 extra meat - I was charged but the rice showed up without the extra. this is consistent, until I complain and it seems that one time they got it right. it is as if i have to be in the restaurant supervising to be sure I get what i pay for.

Horrible lately, Just received My order of 1/2 chicken with French fries. The chicken was so hard , dry , overcooked you could break a tooth.. I called to inform dragon phoenix in Meriden ct. And they refused to refund my money and was told they won’t remake my meal. Very poor customer service. They lost quite a lot of business from my facility that orders 2-5 x’s a week from them.

They are careless people. I ordered food for my children and myself and they sent the wrong order, then had the audacity to tell me I was wrong when I called. That they only make the chicken that way and would replace it but that was the only way they make that style chicken, for context. It was golden chicken fingers with honey sauce on top rather than honey chicken. She proceeded to argue over me when I was trying to explain to her what I meant and when I reminded her that this was a business and she was being unprofessional she then said “you’re the one who keeps talking talking talking.” Like she wasn’t just cutting me off not allowing me speak which of course is going to make anyone repeat themselves since some individuals do not understand how to converse. They are rude and would more than likely spit in your food if had the chance. Edited to your reply… Considering you checked camera footage.. is that rude behavior how your train your staff to be? Because it does not change the fact that she was incredibly rude and when I corrected her, she couldn’t take it, and it made her even more rude! You should definitely retrain your associates to be more professional and not argumentative.! If you REALLY cared about making sure your customers are satisfied then you would make sure YOUR STAFF are not rude while doing so. Also if you can’t see what my complaint is about then you are the problem and not just apart of the problem.

This restaurant is my go to place for Chinese food. The restaurant is clean but it is small which shows that the place is mainly catered to takeout or delivery. The people who work there are always nice and smiling. Food is always consistently good and arrives within an hr at the most. The prices you pay for the portions are also very solid as well. The only downside with the food is that the fried foods like egg rolls or fantail shrimp are sometimes very oily and not drained as much as they should.
