Dragon Pearl Buffet

I recently visited Dragon Pearl for a weekend dinner, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I could sense the upscale ambiance and attention to detail. The staff was attentive and kept everything well stocked, making my dining experience smooth and enjoyable. My favourite dishes were the steamed lobster, roast beef, and fresh sushi. The lobster was perfectly cooked and came with just the right amount of sweetness. The roast beef was juicy and tender, and I found myself going back for seconds. The sushi selection was also impressive, with bright flavours and quality ingredients. I could tell the buffet focused on fresh meats and seafood, and I appreciated the variety. The restaurant provided a comfortable setting where I could take my time sampling different dishes without feeling rushed. I left with the feeling that every bite was crafted with care. Although it can be a bit of a splurge, I would gladly return for a special occasion or simply whenever I want to treat myself. I am already planning to come back with four paying friends in hopes of scoring a free meal. Overall, Dragon Pearl offers an upscale Chinese buffet experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and a memorable time.

I had a great experience at Dragon Pearl Buffet. The quality of the food was excellent—everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including sushi, seafood, dim sum, and more. There’s definitely something for everyone! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure plates were cleared quickly and drinks were refilled. The atmosphere was welcoming and spacious, making it a great spot for family gatherings or celebrations. Overall, Dragon Pearl Buffet offers a fantastic dining experience with great food, great variety, and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food is Meh! Customer service on a Friday night (around 5-7pm) was very good. Usually they have a 2 hour seating but they changed it to 1.5 hours that day. The sushi was fresh and good. The crabs were just claws legs and top shell batter fried and stir fried (tastes bland). The desserts were tasty. The Peking duck and the beef dishes were really good. The shellfish is fresh but nothing exceptional as the preparation/sauce are bland. The pork dishes were okay.

We dropped in here around 11:30 am. The parking lot was full but we parked at the back. They share the lot with a grocery store. I booked online but when I got there the lady didn’t see my reservation. She put me down on the wait list. We moved off to the side behind a sign that says walk in line. I only waited 7 minutes. I got a corner area booth. The restaurant looks like it’s divided in 2 sections. The one large section covers the whole side of the restaurant. All the tables run from the wall to middle of the room. It feels like a cafeteria instead of a restaurant. Very cramped. They have a sushi bar, salad bar, dumpling area, dessert area, soup area, ice cream station, barbecue station. You pay $34 for the weekend lunch and 1 1/2 hour limit. For a Chinese buffet I only saw one rice and one noodle dish. The server filled our water, cleaned our plates. Was friendly enough. I like the decor of this restaurant with its Asian theme. My favourite food item was the Peking duck and the ice cream. I give this place 3 1/2 out of 5.
