Dragon Inn of Minooka

I’m not much for reviews, but wow did this place let me down. My normal go to take out Chinese is a place in a town over, which is always good but I seen on Facebook that people were talking about this place. So I figured we would give it a shot. We spent $70 on our dinner which was insanely high but I’ll pay whatever for a good dinner. The broccoli and beef was terrible the beef was fatty and very mushy I think it wasn’t done all the way and the sweet and sour chicken was all batter and barely any chicken also was over done. Fried rice was okay. The only reason this place doesn’t get a 1 star is because the sweet and sour sauce was probably the best sweet and sour I’ve had. Could have been a bad day from them, but can’t justify $70 for 3 people to eat small take out bowls that all 3 of us threw away.

Just ordered there for the first time and got the shrimp fried rice,it was delicious and tasted just like the fried rice I grew up being in Chicago. I live 3 hours away and will always stop here on my way into town. The young ladies at the front counter were so kind also.

Just recently moved here to Channahon. Needed to find a good Chinese joint around this area. Food was amazing and fresh. Have ordered here multiple times and will definitely be coming back. Staff was super friendly as well. 10/10 check this place out!

Ordered take out and got the Szechuan delight which was pretty good. Read a lot of good reviews on the egg rolls and decided to give it a try but they were really sour… not sure if I just got a bad batch or they’re suppose to have a sour taste. Front desk was really nice and food came out quick

Ingredients like the vegetables, meat and sauce was all high quality. I ordered chicken and cashew, beef lo mein with thin angle hair pasta like noodles, boneless spareribs, shrimp fried rice and hot and sour soup and was pleased with everything. Good dining area for taking out family or friends too.
