Customer Reviews
I would like to give a negative rating if I could. I just had the worst time ever at this restaurant – seriously, they're practically scamming their customers. The prices on the menu and what they hit you with at the end? Totally different, like not even close. And when you question about it, they just shrug it off, blaming some outdated menu, and you still gotta fork over the new crazy prices. A dish that is marked to be $18 ends up costing me a whopping $45. What about the ingredients !? Definitely not fresh. I specifically checked with the waitress before I ordered the chicken soup, asking if it was made fresh in its own pot. What shows up? Reheated broth, smelling like day-old chicken. There's this lingering taste of leftover chicken that makes it the nastiest soup I've ever had. This whole experience wasn't just a letdown. It made me sick. How come this business can survive?

The attention to detail and their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the evening. Portion sizes were generous, leaving us fully satisfied, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of food and service provided. In summary, Donghai is a shining gem in the world of Chinese cuisine. Whether you're a fan of traditional dishes or looking to explore new flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing fresh and high-quality ingredients. Whether you're a fan of seafood or prefer other options, Donghai has something for everyone. I highly recommend trying their signature dishes, as they truly stand out. What sets Donghai apart is not only the delectable food but also the creative presentation of each dish.
