This unique blend has garnered positive attention from local users and beyond, promising a delightful and flavorful dining experience that caters to a wide range of palates.

The concept of Korean-Chinese cuisine is rooted in the history of Chinese immigrants in Korea, who adapted their traditional dishes to incorporate local Korean ingredients and preferences, resulting in a unique culinary category. Dong Bo Sung appears to have mastered this fusion, offering a menu that successfully combines the comforting and familiar aspects of Korean food with the rich and diverse flavors of Chinese cuisine. This makes it a standout option for those looking to explore beyond standard Chinese fare and discover a harmonious blend of two distinct culinary heritages.

This suggests a consistent level of quality across various dishes on their menu, making it a reliable choice for those looking to explore multiple options. The fact that their entire meal, including tips, cost around $100 for a group ordering five different menus also points towards reasonable and affordable pricing, making Dong Bo Sung an attractive option for both individual diners and groups.

Went here after NYT review. The jajangmyun was quite good. A little sweet for me but perfect to my spouse. He had the combo meal with sweet and sour pork, fried rice and a fried dumpling. All were good, but the sweet-and-sour pork was outstanding. Will definitely be back. There is parking in the back of the restaurant but entrance is small and right before the restaurant. Quite inexpensive for portions.

Food was bad. Service was even worse. We asked for a small sauce dish and the server literally threw it on our table, asked for a scissor and the guy handed over the scissor with the blade pointing in our face (why not just on the table). Wow I’ve been to some rude restaurants nearby but this one is on the top. There are far better jjanangmyun places in fort lee/Palisades park with much better food and decent service. Don’t waste your money and time here. 짜장면, 짬뽕, 탕수육 다 정말 맛없습니다. 심지어 서비스도 최악… 불친절하고 무례함.
