Update 12/17/24 Upgrade to 5*. Food is definitely fresh and prepared expertly. We got sushi special for two - it was definitely delicious. Service is prompt and not intrusive. Portions are large, and we'll presented. Plenty of parking since it is in thestrip mall. Food was good but ramen was just ok (my personal opinion).

I haven't tried the hibachi....yet. I have been here a few times now and have never been disappointed. The sushi is top shelf, and the staff are very friendly.

Lovely staff, very accommodating to your dietary needs and tastes. Delicious variety of hot teas and even bubble tea. Hibachi is tasty and has high quality meats/seafood. Child friendly.

Had a horrible experience there tonight, I came in for my birthday dinner with my family of 8 at 6:45, they said that they could seat us right away but couldn’t order the hibachi until 7:30, but that we could order appetizers from the menu in the meantime. Ok that’s fine. However, they were severely understaffed and they set completely false expectations. We waited 30 minutes JUST to order our drinks at which point I asked if we could place our orders too and they refused to take them. I should have left at this point. Then 7:30 came and went and they focused on other tables and their take our orders- no priority for us, no one came over. Not once did they apologize for the wait or offer to bring over appetizers, soup, salad - nothing. I was so disappointed and my 2 young children were starving and restless by this point. Finally we had enough and I told my family that it was time to walk out - at which point they came over and said “oh we can take your order now” - over an HOUR after we initially came in and we haven’t had one morsel of food. They offered some free edamame and ice cream for the kids at that point which was too little too late and we were halfway out the door by this point. I overheard that one of the hibachi chefs called in sick (there was only one hibachi chef working for 4 full tables of people) - well then you should have done the right thing and not accepted more people than you were able to properly serve. I wish I never came in there because they ruined my birthday dinner and I left in tears and was mortified. What a disgrace of a restaurant and poor management. This entire situation should have been handled completely differently. Not only will I never be back, I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this place.

Got the hibachi dinner sitting at a regular table. Didn't sit at a hibachi table and get the show. That was fine with me, don't need the show everytime. Food was good but not stellar. Not the best or worst hibachi I've ever had. Pretty uneventful. It was crowed and lots of people getting take out so maybe just what I got. Maybe other things are better
