Based on the positive feedback from our valued customers, Dock3366 香港仔碼頭 is establishing itself as a go-to destination for those seeking genuine Cantonese flavors in Flushing. One enthusiastic reviewer simply stated, "Delicious and authentic Cantonese food at Dock 3366." This concise yet powerful endorsement highlights the core offering and quality of our cuisine.
Another insightful review provided more context, noting, "Being in a hotel, they serve Cantonese dishes, and Americanized dishes. Tonight, we only tried the Cantonese dishes. The quality of the Chinese food is leagues above and beyond what you normally get in America and even in New York, and the quality holds up to the standards that a native would have for a Flushing restaurant. So if you're staying at the hotel because you're visiting from out of town, I'd implore you to check out some real and proper Cantonese dishes." This review emphasizes the authenticity and high quality of our Cantonese offerings, suggesting that they surpass the typical Chinese food found in America and even meet the expectations of those familiar with the high standards of Cantonese cuisine in Flushing, a neighborhood known for its diverse and authentic Chinese food scene. The mention of being located within a hotel indicates that Dock3366 香港仔碼頭 may cater to both hotel guests and local residents, offering a genuine taste of Cantonese culinary tradition.
The same reviewer specifically praised our seafood and poultry dishes, stating, "Particularly good was the Barramundi, which is fileted and has its bones deep fried and was served with a soy sauce with scallions and sesame oil that was very well done." This detailed description highlights a standout dish: Barramundi prepared with skill, where the fish is fileted and the bones are deep-fried to a crisp, likely offering a textural contrast and a unique presentation. The accompanying soy sauce with scallions and sesame oil is a classic Cantonese flavor combination, suggesting attention to detail in the preparation of sauces and seasonings. The reviewer's positive assessment ("very well done") further underscores the quality of this dish.
Continuing with their positive experience, the reviewer also mentioned our chicken dish: "Chicken dish was delicious too and very juicy, which is impressive because I don't normally even like chicken." This feedback is particularly noteworthy as it comes from someone who is not typically a fan of chicken, indicating that our preparation methods result in exceptionally flavorful and moist poultry. This suggests that Dock3366 香港仔碼頭 excels not only in seafood but also in other Cantonese specialties.
The reviewer concluded with a strong recommendation: "Give this place a shot and try some Flushing-grade Cantonese food." This reinforces the idea that Dock3366 香港仔碼頭 offers Cantonese cuisine that meets the high standards expected in Flushing, a hub for authentic Chinese food.
Another customer provided a more general but still positive review, stating, "Pretty good spot, not crowded and the food is decent, large portion that's great for sharing! Could be a little slow in getting the waitresses attention. Give it a try if you're looking for something new in the area :) food is like Cantonese style and a bit of mix fusion. Lots of options to choose from." This review offers additional insights into the dining experience at Dock3366 香港仔碼頭. The mention of it being "not crowded" suggests a potentially more relaxed atmosphere, which might be appealing to those looking for a quieter meal. The description of the food as "decent" and the portions as "large" and "great for sharing" indicates good value and a communal dining style often associated with Cantonese meals. The reviewer also noted a slight issue with the attentiveness of the waitstaff, which is something we continuously strive to improve. The observation that the food is "like Cantonese style and a bit of mix fusion" suggests a menu that primarily focuses on traditional Cantonese dishes but may also incorporate some modern or international influences, offering a diverse range of options to cater to different tastes.
As a Chinese restaurant specializing in Cantonese cuisine, a key feature of Dock3366 香港仔碼頭 is our commitment to providing authentic flavors and high-quality dishes that reflect the culinary traditions of Hong Kong and the Guangdong province. Cantonese cuisine is renowned for its emphasis on fresh ingredients, delicate flavors, and skillful cooking techniques such as steaming, stir-frying, and roasting. Seafood plays a significant role in Cantonese cooking, as evidenced by the praised Barramundi dish. Other common elements include the use of subtle seasonings to enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients, and a wide variety of soups, dim sum, and flavorful sauces.
The mention of "lots of options to choose from" in one of the reviews suggests a comprehensive menu that goes beyond just a few signature dishes. This likely includes a variety of seafood preparations, poultry dishes (like the praised juicy chicken), vegetable dishes, rice and noodle dishes, and possibly traditional Cantonese soups and appetizers. The "bit of mix fusion" hinted at could mean that while the core of our offerings is authentically Cantonese, there might be some dishes that incorporate contemporary twists or appeal to a broader international palate.
Located in the lower level of a building on Farrington Street in Flushing, the environment of Dock3366 香港仔碼頭 might be described as comfortable and accessible. The fact that it was "not crowded" during one customer's visit suggests a potentially relaxed ambiance. Being associated with a hotel could also imply a certain level of comfort and convenience for travelers, while still being open and welcoming to local residents. The focus is likely on providing a pleasant setting where guests can enjoy the quality of the food and the company of their dining companions.
In terms of services, as a full-service restaurant, Dock3366 香港仔碼頭 likely offers dine-in service with a menu available at the table. The mention of a slight slowness in getting the waitresses' attention suggests that while service is generally adequate, there might be room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. It is also reasonable to assume that we offer takeout services for customers who wish to enjoy our Cantonese cuisine at home. Given the hotel affiliation, we might also cater to hotel guests through room service, although this is not explicitly stated in the reviews. To confirm the availability of takeout, delivery, or catering services, it is best to contact us directly.

Food was excellent, except they can use more people for service. They're nice enough but seems short staffed. We walked in and waited a bit for someone to acknowledge us, no one did, so we just took a seat at an empty table. The table still needed a wipe down. A young guy came with 1 menu for the 2 of us and wiped the table, we consented to it. He returned later with our waters. It took at least another 15 minutes till he came back to take our order. The table with the family who came in later than us got their order in first eith another server Angela. I was pregnant but I guess the other server Angela didnt see that. It was my friend's birthday, she wanted to try the filet mignon, but was told they ran out, she got the rib eye. She liked it and it looked presentable and cooked the way she liked it. I got the linguine with white sauce and scallops, it looked great and the amount of sauce was just right. They had some clam pieces in there too, which was a plus. and We shared a salad, relatively good sized, wished they have more variety of veggies in there besides just a few pieces of grape tomatoes and some cucumbers for a $10 dish. We asked for more dressing, which was some Sesame soy type. It was alright. My friend wanted a drink but there was no bartender the night before the 4th of July on duty. So the bar was closed, but beer is available. But my friend was more interested in a cocktail so we passed on that. When it came to dessert, they only had 1 choice since I guess it was almost time for closing. We got tiramisu. It still had frozen layer on top. Great food, great atmosphere, can definitely use more help. By the time we finished dinner it was around 10pm. Our waiter waited in front of me till signed my receipt with the tips. When we left, the place was empty, not even a server in sight.
service is gd with a lot of utensil provided with hot pot. nice and quiet .
Great foods and atmosphere here! Highly recommend the steak. There’s few more thing that I didn’t try and for sure will come back :)
