Customer Reviews
I got wonton soup, shrimp spring rolls, and the house chow fun. The wonton soup was perfect. Perfect amount of flavor, only slight issue was that it was lukewarm. But once I stuck it in the microwave it was amazing. The spring rolls were very good. And the chow fun was pretty good, they do put a lot of onions and beef and not as much chicken and shrimp. But the flavor was pretty good. And the portion sizes are huge. I paid $12 for this dish and only ate about 1/4 of it. The only minor complaint I have is that they didn’t give me any duck sauce. I usually eat my spring rolls and wonton chips with duck sauce, and when I opened the bag to not find any I wasn’t too happy. I’ve never been here before, so maybe you have to ask them when you pick it up? But still, they should be asking you if you would like any condiments. But other than that, I had a great experience.
They keep leaving their menus in our bush. Not our door; our bush. It just looks like someone put trash on it. This time they did it at 9:30PM, setting off my Ring camera, making me wonder why there’s some weirdo at my house at night. My main problem here is the fact they leave it in our bush so it just looks like trash, and they’re doing it late at night. If you want to leave your menu in our door during the day, fine, I get it that you have to advertise and I’m happy to support a local business. But throwing it in our yard is just super disrespectful. You want to attract customers in your community? Don’t go around littering at their houses. If you disrespect your community by doing this, I have zero respect for your business because this is a direct reflection of it. If they take shortcuts with advertising, maybe they’re taking shortcuts with the food as well.
Do NOT order the grilled chicken teriyaki. Absolutely terrible. It’s not even grilled. This was the most plain basic chicken I’ve ever seen. The tiniest bit of teriyaki sauce was used. So seasonings were on the chicken. Not even salt. They boiled the chicken and tried to pass it off as grilled. There was grill marks on one piece of chicken. Disgusting. I took it right back in and got my money back. Trash. I wish I took a picture of this but I was too shocked at how disgusting it looked and tasted. I’ve had grilled chicken teriyaki a million times and this place isn’t it. Go anywhere else to get it
Order from here once a week and the food is always amazing. They do well with my custom order as well. I have not had a bad dish from Lou Ding.
I ordered Grilled Shrimp Teriyaki and it was very disappointing. I had no sauce, large dirty shrimp that was steamed not grilled thrown in with large cut onions and peppers. I spent $15.95 on this dish thinking it was going to be gourmet based on the price and it was a plain mess.
