This dish looks absolutely mouthwatering! The fish slices appear tender and expertly cooked, with a beautiful golden sheen from the oil and spices. The vibrant red chili peppers add a perfect touch of heat, while the sesame seeds and other seasonings give it a complex, rich aroma. The plating in the metal pot enhances its authenticity, making it feel like a truly indulgent and flavorful experience. I can almost taste the delicious balance of spice, umami, and freshness just by looking at it!

Very good! We got soup dumpling and the pan fried bar. We recommend. We got a very large and yummy malatang. They gave us a free kelp salad as appetizer and grass jelly for dessert :) we spent over $20/person but you could get away with much less

If you love the fiery, numbing kick of Sichuan cuisine, this is a must-visit. This place delivers an authentic Mala Xiangguo experience—bold, aromatic, and packed with layers of spice. The Mala Xiangguo Experience I ordered their. Signature dry pot with a mix of meats (beef, chicken, and shrimp) and veggies (lotus root, wood ear mushrooms, and cabbage). The first bite hit me with that classic má and punch from Sichuan peppercorns and dried chilies.

The Din’s kitchen is the best place to try traditional Chinese Sichuan spicy food and different Chinese cuisine. The employees are super nice and their service is perfect. There is a various variety of things to place from meats, to vegetables, and to seafood. The restaurant atmosphere is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The chef makes sure everything is fresh, well done and best as ever. If you want to place to try Chinese food, Din’s Kitchen is your go-to choice!

We got a dry pot medium spicy with your own customized toppings, a shumai and a soup dumpling! You get a free appetizer seaweed as well! The water taste like chilled boiled water, not your regular tap.
