Dim Sum Factory - Krewstown

My husband and I tried this place for dinner and we were thoroughly impressed! The restaurant itself was very clean and pleasant. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. But the highlight was the food! Everything was brought out steaming hot and fresh from the kitchen. We got the black pepper beef, Shanghai style ribs, crystal shrimp dumplings, Shanghai shumai, and pork soup dumplings. It was all fantastic! Excellent flavor, well-cooked, not overly greasy. Just high quality and delicious. We are so happy to have this place in the Northeast so we don't have to travel into the city for good Chinese food. Check it out!

The food here is top notch!!!! I am originally from NYC and it's so hard to find a good Chinese restaurant in the area this is by far the best place I have had in a very long time. I highly recommend the a Braised Pork Belly, Salt and Pepper Squid, ChongChing Spicy Chicken and Beef Chow Fun. We are looking forward to returning to try other dishes. We enjoyed the food so much we ordered food to take home!!! Definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

My first visit to this place. Very surprised! Delicious food, clean place, nice stuff. Shumai my love, fresh, not overcooked shrimp! Highly recommended!

Only had take out. The food was pretty good. I was surprised that the egg/chicken fried rice was white and not brown or yellow like most places, but it was still tasty. The portions are a little small, but that goes with inflation, I guess. The fried pork/cabbage dumplings were good as well. Bok choy could be a little more flavorful. There's just a little something missing from it.

Would highly recommend the pork soup dumpling as well as the chicken and garlic sauce. The food is very fresh and authentic. The place is clean and the server was friendly. My husband got general Tsos and it was crispy with fresh steamed broccoli. We would both return. It is also BYOB !
