Dim Sum Factory

Finally got to try Dum Sum Factory and it was a lovely experience! The food was very good, our favorite was the Sesame Chicken. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant and the wait staff was nice and accommodating. They even had a little robot delivering food to a table just before we left. I didn't get a photo though.

Really cool Dim Sum place. Food and service were excellent. The kids loved the bbq pork buns and the piggy desert buns. All the dumplings were pretty tasty. Also highly recommend the almond shrimp. This is one of those places where more is merrier so you can order more things family style and have a little bit of everything. It’s also inexpensive so if you over order a bit you can enjoy the leftovers later.

soo i am a person who loves dimsum , i normally go to the place in flourtown or university city , but i was in the area in horsham and decided to go here WORST DECISION EVER. upon arrival there are only 1 other table of people dining in the restaurant, stopped in on a friday at around 2pm , the place was empty . so once i arrive the restaurant has a total of 2 tables . the initial greeting went well and as i was seated and my order was taken it went well. i ordered my normal go to that in order at all the other dim sums who have the same exact menu. garlic cucumbers , scallion pancakes , i decided to try the beef sticks, veggie bun , seafood noodles . and i also had green tea when i get the cucumbers, it tasted like sour , idk wierd , i had cucumbers before and hey never tasted like this , as i am picking through them eating , i swore i saw a white mold dot on the crushed cucumber, i let the waiter no, he takes care of it bring me back a new one . they still taste wierd so i don’t eat them , ok no problem . i get the beef sticks , they are dry and tasteless, it was like almost beef jerky but warm and just ehh, but im not complaining this my first time trying them . they send a woman out with the rest of my food and as soon as i get my noodles , i take one bite and i immediately gag and start to spit up the noodles . during this entire experience with only 2 tables in the restaurant, no one came and checked on me or asked how it was , if i needed anything . so the lady who served me the noodles , actually sees me spitting them up , walks by and says nothing . i gather myself together and ask her for a manager . she says back to me menu and i said no can i speak with a manager . 1 minute later she brings me my check . I waited 12minutes to speak with a manager, with only 2 tables being served in the entire restaurant. the manager was understanding and i only paid for 2 items , which to be honest business wise should’ve just been free , since i barely ate and they had several mistakes, but that’s ok. THE WORST DINING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE , I WOULD SAY DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE MONEY .

I've visited China numerous times and this Shanghai-styled dim sum is as close as you get. Very authentic with each dim sum piece a jewel in itself. Soup dumplings made me feel like I was in Shanghai all over again. Relaxing atmosphere with a nice view from our table. Loved the robot who delivered our order! I've recommend Dim Sum Factory to all of my friends.

This was my first time visiting, and it was very nice. I like how you can order the dumplings and mix and match the order. We loved the seafood fried rice, chicken skewers, and the scallion pancakes. All and all we gave this 8 stars 🌟 out of 10. I like to go back and try other things on the menu.
