We went to DD Dumping two times. First time, we were blown away by their dumplings and fish dish. Soup dumplings (crab and pork) were the best we tasted! It had very clean taste. Pan seared pork buns, scallion pancakes, Szechuan dumplings, shrimp fried rice were on point. What made special was the mango fish dish. Wow!!! It was crispy but soft inside. It was coated with sweet mango! We will come back to get more. This Friday we tried Hibachi. We had lobster & steak and it was good. Chef was so funny and entertaining. We only had 4 people on the table but he put the best show for us and cooked delicious meal at the same time. DD dumpling has all the right concept and they execute it right; freshly made dumplings, quality food, efficient staff and reasonable price. We wil definitely visit when our kids come to visit us.

They took over a old rundown Japanese restaurant that was used to be looking red and falling apart. Made it brand new looking nice parking lot. Nice outside atmosphere will you walk in there’s a great host lead you right to your seat. Everything is automated with computer, water, places, beautiful and clean bathroom is clean !!! there’s is a upstairs at the time it was not allowed access to take pictures upstairs kind of busy with a team of people running around. Only thing is some of them don’t speak any English food came out had a great piece. Soup dumplings were off the hook better than many places in Flushing. The chicken was also off the hook the avocado sauces, the scallion beef rolls with all the hook. The teriyaki steak was off the hook if you join their app, your first meal is 10% off, very modernized they have three places I think one Manhattan one flushing and there are many other things on the menu that you can try. You probably have to come here about 10 more times to 15 times just to try everything on this menu if you love soup dumplings, and don’t want travel into flushing Manhattan, this is a spot. Update. 12-18-24 seems like the head chef left to the new spot or something the soup dumplings are smaller and portions got less smaller on the fried rice that I’m gonna put the video was good to my fun and they’re all done was horrible!!

Soup Dumplings were great ! Even better than the most of restaurants in Flushing. The Hibachi was good too and the fry rice and noodles were delicious, however, next time we will try shrimp and beef, but not lobster. Services were great too and we and our two young kids felt comfortable. Will come back to try some Chinese traditional dishes next time.

We went during soft opening and it was a great experience! 2nd time dining and I swear the food tasted even better than the first time! So, so delicious. **Ordering through the iPad is a newer type of experience but it’s nice to order things on our own time. Service was attentive and great as well!
