Food is good and homemade. Chicken salad on toast w chips is $6.95 and tasty- it’s premade tho and has nuts. Very affordable. Service varies- sometimes u order at the counter and have to get your own drinks. Atmosphere is very open and usually packed. No booths- just lightly cushioned chairs.

Extremely fresh local fare featuring a large menu of Southern comfort foods. Ordered the grilled pork chop meal with mashed potatoes, chicken fried steak meal with mashed potatoes, and bread pudding. Everything was scrumptious! Ordered two Philly Cheesesteaks to-go before I left. Staff was social & gave great suggestions. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Nobody was friendly. Food was meh, country fried steak was a frozen patty like thing that tasted old honestly. White gravy was bland and definitely not homemade. Potatoes are just fried cubes with absolutely no seasoning. The biscuits were the highlight and they screwed them up by splitting and toasting them on the griddle. We regretted stopping almost as soon as we sat down. Not one single person working there greeted us OR smiled the entire time we were there. We felt very unwelcome and were very disappointed.

This is definitely a local restaurant in Waveland Mississippi. You know when you pull in the parking lot and it is packed that they are offering. Great food and good atmosphere good times. It is a restaurant that offers you home cooking. They have daily lunch specials, fresh sweet, and unsweet tea. They offer very good food at great prices. The staff is friendly the restaurant is clean that beautiful murals on the walls. ordered their chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and veggie . You get your choice of brown or white gravy it was very good. Also tried an open face roast beef with mashed potatoes and corn. It was also very tasty. Lunch portions are decent size! Bathroom was clean parking lot was clean. You can call them and order ahead if you want to do takeout…Definitely a little local place to stop in check out.
