Danny's Chinese Kitchen - Bellmore

We ordered over the phone and told them multiple times I’m vegetarian and need my combination platter made with veggie rice and a spring roll. Moment I get to the car, we realize there is pork fried rice and shrimp in my spring roll. Immediately we went back inside around 8:40 (They close at “9”). We were told they are closed and can’t fix our food. Then they all bolted out and turned off the lights. Young girl wearing black was very rude even over the phone Update: gave me food poisoning 💀

It is so hard to find a good Chinese take out place on Long Island. I usually wait to get my fix in queens. I heard about this place & finally tried it today. I was pleasantly surprised. I can’t wait to go back. The hot and sour soup was delicious. I also got shrimp & broccoli with white rice. I have no complaints! Excellent lunch menu.

HORRIBLE customer service experience!!! This place has no type of professionalism what so ever. They sent me the wrong food. When I called to address the issue, the woman who answered the phone was not apologetic, took absolutely no accountability for messing up my order. She blatantly said due to me ordering from a 3rd party, there’s absolutely nothing she can do.. She has to refer me to the 3rd party for any issues with the order. If she had been apologetic and even more understanding of the situation (you made the mistake), I probably would not be so upset right now. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and how a person conducts their business. Please be aware they’re not friendly or kind and the food wasn’t all that great..

I placed an order last night with Danny’s Chinese Kitchen. I’m new to Long Island and the Chinese place I do like was closed on Sunday so I tried to find an alternative. I ordered the vegetable lo mein and I didn’t like it at all! The flavor didn’t taste like regular lo mein flavor and it was so salty. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Warning !!! Warning !! Ordered a half a chicken with pfr and sesame chicken with white rice and the food is NOT edible !! Chicken was fried a couple of times for sure and i was given mostly bones,, it was hard and not fresh at all !! Worst Chinese food spot I've ever had !! Sesame chicken was bland, chicken chunks were hard and didn't have traditional sesame chicken coating, it seems like they tossed some old chicken and drenched it in flour and deep fried it, while adding sesame seeds to call it sesame chicken!! Absolutely 💯 horrible!! The only reason why they are getting 1 star is because you need a star to put this review up and the service was ok, although I had to confirm and fix my order when I saw my receipt !!! Stay away from this spot if you can if not, good luck !
