Dagu Rice Noodle (大鼓米线&奶茶.甜品）

This is a hidden gem for the best fried chicken! My wife and I split the Crispy Karagge Chicken. And we're blown away! The skin is crispy perfection and the meat is moist and succulent. Previous times we got the Dagu Rice Noodle Bowl that the restaurant is known for. That's awesome. Go with a group and split something new .. you'll find other hidden gems!

I have been here about 10 times Since they just started business. Sadly I saw them worse and worse. Today is a new low. The beef starter was sliced more than 10mm per piece and so hard to chew. It suppose to be about 3 mm. And they refuse to admit they are lazy today and keep telling me it is always like that. I know they are lying because I have ordered this starter many times. If the manager is reading this, you should work harder on the management. I understand today is new year eve and nobody want to work. But I paid for the food. And I will never be there again.

I enjoyed the sitting style and I enjoyed the meal. Customer service was very pleasant, The food was delicious. Good prices, good atmosphere. I will return again and try some of those noodles. I recommend this place.

We recently tried a variety of dishes, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The whole deep-fried chicken was a bit sweeter than I usually prefer, but it was still absolutely amazing. The bamboo shoots and cucumber came out unapologetically spicy, which was fantastic and really added a kick to the meal. The clams were excellent, and the sautéed tripe and beef brisket in the chef's special sauce were also great—though you'll need to be a fan of unbleached tripe to fully appreciate it. The mushroom soup was rich and flavorful, a perfect warm-up for the meal. The pork buns were soft, a deliciously comforting addition to the spread. Overall, the bold flavors and well-prepared dishes made for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

Clean, Friendly, and Delicious with lots of control on dietary concerns. It's a clean and friendly Korean café with quick service and tasty food. They were really helpful when I asked about allergens. Also, they have this cool little call button, in case you need the server. Wish there was more of that in the world. They have an options to build a bowl of soup. I chose "sour spicy crossing bridge rice noodle soup." See the pic. Basically, they bring a bowl of boiling broth with an assortment of additives. There are things like corn, tofu, bamboo, quail egg, crumbled pork, mushrooms etc. I started with the big strips of beef, which cooked in the broth. Then, I added the things I wanted to make a tasty, allergen-free soup. Rice noodles are included to add or eat separately. On one visit, I had the rice noodle soup with braised bone-in beef, which was delicious but has all the stuff already added, so I had to pick stuff out of it. I had the brown sugar sticky rice which was delicious. It reminded me of the mozzarella stick that had a delicious gooey inside with a little crust on the outside. It is gluten-free and dairy-free but with a soy powder on top that they'll leave off on your request. It's probably best if you don't take your cotillion date here unless you're securely past the third date. Handling the meal was awkward. I was trying to eat a big piece of beef without a fork, or knife. Additionally, I was trying to shovel long slippery noodles with chopsticks and a spoon. If you do decide to take your date here, there are some really safe things like crispy chicken with rice and, weirdly, Cajun fries. My kid had a crispy rice cutlet with rice and broccoli. She liked it. It's not gluten-free and has a lighter crust than most fried chicken. So, it's an adventurous meal for the average American. If you're game for that, this seems clean, friendly and tasty.
