Been here over 20 times and this review is based on most recent visit. Food is still by far one of the best in Scarborough. For four people we spent $35 each so cost is reasonable. Larger number of dishes than most places Service used to be 3/5 but this time would be 2/5. Server asked if we wanted an item and if said no, refused to serve us. Also takes forever to flag down someone to make additional requests Atmosphere is very nice. Nice decor with some light music and noise is not super loud but not super quiet Would recommend this place for dim sum though

The food is quite good, they have a wide selection of dim sum (they even have tofu fa in the bucket), and the interior is on the fancy side, albeit a little dated. After tips and tax, my party of 6 paid about $33 each, plus we had some leftovers. While the restaurant is good, the parking lot is horrendous. If you must come here at prime time for yum cha, COME EARLY. I was doing loops and driving to other parking lots for 30 minutes before I found a spot. To be fair, the massive snow banks and lack of lines made it even more difficult to find parking, but for the size of this restaurant, they really don't have any parking anyway. It was extremely frustrating.

First I want to say that the atmosphere was very good. It was loud enough for you to have a private conversation but not loud enough that you cant hear each other. Interior is also very clean and unique. Now to get into the food. All the dishes tasted good but doesnt blow you away. To start off with the duck course. It comes in two courses the first is sliced breast with wraps and a variety of fried vegetables. The flavors were there but not so strong. Especially for the fried vegetables I would say their only purpose is to add more crunchy texture. The second course is stir-fried duck with lettuce wrap. I personally enjoyed it more cause it had more flavor and the cuts were somewhat uniform. The squid tentacles were well seasoned with a grilled type of aroma. The fried custard ball was also very delightful because if the rich creamy custard and can crispy yet chewy exterior. There was also a carrot looking dish which actually had meat inside and similar texture to the sesame ball. The rest of the dishes were well made but nothing really stuck out. The service was very good because the servers were walking by very frequently which made it easy to ask for water, utensils and sauce. They were also very helpful explaining the menu when we were confused about the dish description on the menu. Lastly the price is.. well we came to eat duck and dim sum so we knew it was going to be pricey. The total was 200 after tax. Each person was about 50 dollars. Closing statement: The food is satisfactory but I wouldn’t consider it Fine Dining.

Food as always is delicious, huge fan of the beef ribs and dim sum!! For the price and portion I would give it a 5/5. The service could have been better. This old man and our server were good . I would've given it perfect until the lady who took our money was upset we didn't give a higher tip. We gave a tip of atleast 15 percent. And then she kept saying that's it. And would not take the bill unless we added more to the tip. Amazing food, would've been perfect if it wasn't for that lady.
