About Combo A

Combo A is a Chinese Restaurant located at 1411 Echo Park Ave #101 in Los Angeles. Based on customer feedback, experiences at this establishment vary significantly.

One reviewer described the food as "very delicious" and praised the generous portions of dishes like Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli, stating that the plates were overflowing and offered good value for money. They also highlighted the "super fast service," a friendly staff, and a clean environment, noting it as a "cute little spot" with ample parking in a plaza. This customer also mentioned the availability of phone orders for quicker pickup and expressed intentions to return for the egg fried noodles and wings.

However, another review presented a sharply contrasting opinion, stating that the food is "way overpriced for the small portions" received. This reviewer also claimed that the servers were "stingy," alleging instances of food being removed from their plate after serving. They specifically mentioned receiving only three tiny wings for a chicken order. This customer was highly dissatisfied with the value and portion sizes, strongly advising others against dining at Combo A.

Given these conflicting reviews, it's challenging to provide a definitive description of the environment, services, and features. While one customer found the establishment clean and the staff friendly, the other reported negative experiences with service and portion sizes. The fast service mentioned by one reviewer was not commented on by the other.

Potential customers should be aware of these differing opinions regarding portion sizes and value when considering Combo A. The restaurant offers a menu that includes popular dishes like Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli, as well as egg fried noodles and wings, and provides options for both dine-in and phone orders for takeout.

Food was very delicious. It was my first time here and I had to try a little bit of everything. I absolutely loved the portions of Orange Chicken & Beef Broccoli. Our plates were overflowing with food and you definitely get your money’s worth. Super fast service. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes. I loved how friendly the staff was and how clean the establishment was. It’s a cute little spot in a plaza with plenty of parking. They also do phone orders so next time I will call in advance and have a quicker pickup time. I will definitely be coming back for their egg fried noodles and wings.

The food is way overpriced for the small portions you receive. The servers are stingy; they would even remove food from your plate after they've already served it. I ordered chicken, and I was only given three tiny wings. If you guys want to charge more than fkn add more to the plate. I seriously don’t leave reviews but this got to me. And the reviewers here who are hyping it up quit lying

I grew up eating here when the new owner was a kid and he'd be in back while his parents worked. Loved coming here but today I find out that they give only six pieces of beef for their beef and broccoli or should I say (broccoli and beef) didn't know it became Panda Express counting their pieces. I stayed loyal and continued coming here but no more. I know 1 review does not impact the business as much but it is sad to see a place of nostalgia become so penny pinching.

This is my go to takeout spot! Such a nice family that owns it and the food is always consistent. The rice and noodles are not too over oiled or seasoned. The fried chicken wing platters are amazing and great for parties, but be careful because your friends will always ask you to bring it again :)

I been coming to this place for a while now and food use to be really good couple years back. But now the food seem like it's going down hill it has no taste especially the white rice and chowmein .The orange chicken it's ok ONLY if you get it fresh but either then that the food ain't was it use to be . And now they give very little portions I tried to give this place another try but again it was a disappointment definitely will not be coming back.
