Chu's China Bistro

Order from here at least once a month. Food is ready at specified time. Inside looks a little run down but food is always good. My kids love the beef chop suey.

I've been going to this Chinese restaurant for 10+ yrs faithfully, literally the only Chinese restaurant I like in the area, this past yr I've noticed the quality in food and service has fallen significantly, but I figured it's bc they be overwhelmed at times, they keep going up on there prices but I don't mind as long as I'm getting my money worth. The past 3 or more times I've walked into this restaurant and ordered my food and sat and waited on my food inside, my food isn't fresh like the chicken is either old or burnt, I called and spoke to the manager and she told me it's nothing she can do about it. I find that very unprofessional and so dissatisfying to hear seeing as I am a loyal customer that doesn't give them any problems, I spend good money with them on top of the fact that I tip the lady taking my order very well Everytime. Just lost a loyal customer do to bad customer service!

The food here has generous portions for affordable prices, which is great. The food there has good flavorj, not to mention the $3 frozen fruit smoothies! 😋 The only reason why I didn't give five stars was because the flavors are inconsistent. Sometimes the orange chicken has too much cornstarch and other times its well balanced. Other times its too salty, other times well seasoned. Sometimes the noodles are too stiff, other times they have a good texture/coction. Otherwise its great. Will continue to buy here anyway!

Sometimes you got to try for yourself. The food was not bad but the store could've been fixed up. I had combination fried rice and egg roll.
