About Christe's Restaurant

Christe's Restaurant, located at 1056 Union Rd, West Seneca, NY 14224, USA, offers diner-style meals, including breakfast, brunch, and sandwiches. You can contact them at (716) 712-0808 or +1 716-712-0808.

Customer reviews consistently praise Christe's Restaurant for its affordable and delicious food, as well as its friendly and attentive service. One reviewer, visiting for Sunday brunch, found the food "great" and the prices "affordable." They particularly enjoyed the home fries "all the way" (with onions, peppers, cheese, and gravy), describing them as "amazing." They also noted the crispy bacon, thick pre-buttered bread, and reasonable poached eggs. The pancakes, though slightly darker, were offered for remake if overcooked.

The service was consistently highlighted as excellent, with friendly and mood-uplifting waitstaff and prompt coffee refills. However, the atmosphere was noted to be less of a "homey diner feel" and more of a "hotel/corporate feel," possibly due to the space also being used as a banquet hall. Despite this, reviewers generally found the vibe acceptable.

Another reviewer praised the clean bathroom and kind staff, who were accommodating even during busy times. They found the turkey sandwich "very good" but the creamy broccoli soup "too thick" and "like pudding." They expressed interest in returning to try the breakfast, particularly the eggs benedict.

In summary, Christe's Restaurant is highly regarded for its affordable, delicious food and friendly service. While the atmosphere may not be a traditional diner setting, customers consistently praise the quality of the breakfast and sandwich options, as well as the attentive staff. Potential customers can expect a pleasant dining experience with good value.

We went here for Sunday brunch and had a great time. West Seneca isn't usually my area to go for food but this diner was up to my standard for sure. Food was great while still being affordable, server was friendly, but the atmosphere was lacking a bit if that matters to you. We ordered both breakfast entrees. The more exciting part of the meal was the home fries which you can get them "all the way" meaning they'll add onion, peppers, cheese, and gravy. It was amazing. The bacon was crispy. The bread was thick and pre-buttered. The poached eggs were slightly overcooked but still somewhat runny and they dont charge extra for poaching unlike some other place (Sophia's). The pancakes were on the darker side but our server assured us they could be remade if it was too overcooked. The service was great. Our waitress was so friendly and mood-uplifting. The food came out in a reasonable time. We had all the condiments we needed. The coffee refill came before we were even empty. The atmosphere does not have that homey diner feel. It has more of a hotel/corporate feel to it. It might be because the space is also used as a banquet hall? In my opinion, this doesn't hurt my overall score of the place. The vibe is fine for me. Overall great experience. Highly recommend to someone who is looking to try another diner.

The crowd was older in the morning early afternoon. The bathroom was clean. The staff was kind. I was comfortable waiting for my friend. They didn't give me a hard time waiting for her even though they were pretty busy. I got soup and a sandwich. The soup was creamy broccoli. It was way to thick. It was had to eat, was like pudding. Not savory just thick. I couldn't get past it. The turkey sandwich was very good, however it could have used a little more condiments. I would go again. Next time try the breakfast. It looked good. I saw someone with eggs Benedict that I would try.

Great spot for your classic diner. Food was really good with super friendly staff. Went in for Saturday dinner. It was no wait to be seated. The menu prices are very affordable and the portion sizes are large. Of course breakfast is available all day long. Great spot for kids too.

Very friendly, neighborhood diner with extensive menu. Delicious breakfast and lunch offerings, all at very reasonable prices. I had the large stack of blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon. The portion was huge and tasty, with fresh blueberries and crispy bacon. The service was attentive and accommodating. The restaurant also has a banquet hall for larger gatherings. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience at reasonable prices, then this place is just right.

I ordered the fried bologna and onions. I wish they fried the bologna better. It was loaded with half cooked meat. Hubby had breakfast. He said the bacon was good. The rye toast was very good. A bit under cooked for his liking on the eggs and potatoes. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Waitress was nice.
