Chow’s Express

First time here, super clean and smells good not like most Chinese food restaurants. The manager on duty said he just cleaned the tables and floors, looks great! Service was fast and food looked so good. We got the noodles which were doughy and may have sat too long. Sweet and Sour Chicken is made on the fly...hot and delicious. I do a lot of reviews and the manager was wondering why I wsas taking so many pictures, kind of weird. Would come back. Restrooms super clean top. Prices were reasonable, lots of food for the $.

Went to pick up food around 7pm. Ordered the plate with 2 entrees. Rice was good, but the sesame chicken was so tough and dry from sitting under the heat lamps that it was like beef jerky. The bourbon chicken was also old and dry. You could tell they just splashed it with new glaze to make it look fresh. Will not be going back anytime soon.

I came in today for the first time and I’m not gonna lie. This was the worst experience I ever had. I’ve never had food so disgusting. It was like everything was dried out. The noodles are literally Ramen noodles , The eggrolls Literally taste like salt water n chicken tasted like wood plus There’s ants on the drink counter and there’s barely any drinks so you can’t wash it down. I’m very disappointed to be a first-time customer and I pray that y’all will get better.

I expected more from this place since it is near where I live but unfortunately it disappointed the moment we walked in. Wake in around 7:15pm to mopped floors with no wet floor sign, it was hot and humid inside and the food options were slim. Some food items were near empty and what was left looked like it had been there a couple hours. I settled with orange chicken and beef and broccoli, which was more broccoli than anything. Rice was actually cooked nicely just needed some more flavor. The glaze on the orange chicken tasted very artificial. The egg rolls were okay, nothing that impressive. My husband's food was okay in flavor but again looked like it had just been sitting there so it had a not so appetizing texture. I could have dealt with the mediocre food and blamed maybe the time we went in but it was shortly after 7pm, not near closing which is what it seemed like. But what made this all worst was the employee behind the counter. She was not friendly, not welcoming and pretty much looked like she hated being there. No customer service whatsoever. And after giving us our food she just stood behind the line on her phone. My husband went up to ask for hot oil, he thanked her and all she said was, yeah. Come on. As someone who has worked in restaurants over 15 years, it was annoying to spend money in a place where you have someone with a shitty attitude working and not fresh food at 7pm. Don't think I'll ve back unfortunately

Nice and clean restaurant with friendly staff but food was not good at all. Food was cold and way too salty. I ate a little of my chicken and then tried the beef but it just was not good at all. Not worth asking for hot food!! Won’t go back. Would’ve been 1 star but good staff and clean place.
