About Chow Fusion
Located at 215 Cypress Ave, Snohomish, WA 98290, USA, **Chow Fusion** operates as a Chinese restaurant with a unique model: it is described by customers as a "low quality ghost kitchen" working out of the **Collectors Choice restaurant**. This means Chow Fusion primarily functions as a delivery and take-out focused establishment, without a traditional physical dining room or front-of-house presence solely dedicated to its brand. Customers can reach them at (360) 568-1277 or +1 360-568-1277 for orders and inquiries.
The **environment** of Chow Fusion, as a ghost kitchen, is not one of a typical dine-in restaurant. Patrons will not find a dedicated Chow Fusion dining room or a distinct storefront. Instead, its operations are based within the existing infrastructure of Collectors Choice restaurant. This means the ambiance for customers is primarily experienced through the ordering and delivery process. For those picking up orders, their interaction would be with the Collectors Choice establishment. This model emphasizes convenience for off-premise consumption, relying on online ordering platforms and delivery services rather than an in-person dining atmosphere.
The **services** offered by Chow Fusion are centered around facilitating easy and convenient access to Chinese cuisine through delivery and take-out. As a ghost kitchen, its primary service is to prepare and dispatch food to customers, often through third-party delivery apps or direct phone orders. The customer experience, therefore, heavily relies on the accuracy of orders, portion sizes, and the quality of the food upon arrival. One review highlighted significant issues with service, including "two dishes completely missing from the order," which points to potential challenges in order fulfillment and quality control for delivered meals. However, on a positive note, the ability to accommodate specific dietary needs, such as making pork fried rice without egg due to allergies, indicates a degree of flexibility and attentiveness in their kitchen operations when requests are communicated clearly. This personalized approach to allergies is a valuable service feature for customers with dietary restrictions.
The **features** of Chow Fusion’s menu include classic Chinese-American dishes, which are staples of the cuisine category. Key items mentioned in customer reviews include Pork Fried Rice, Mongolian Beef, and Orange Chicken. The **Pork Fried Rice** received positive feedback, described as "excellent" with "great flavor," and notably, they were able to prepare it without egg for allergy reasons. This suggests that when successful, their fried rice can be a highlight. The **Mongolian Beef** was noted for its "tender and chunky" beef, which was appreciated by customers, but it was also criticized for being "extremely salty," indicating an inconsistency in seasoning. The **Orange Chicken** was described as a "huge disappointment," with the chicken itself being "good," but the sauce being "very blah" and needing to be "revisited." This mixed feedback suggests variability in the quality and execution of different dishes. Another significant concern raised by a customer was "incredibly small portions," which, if consistent, could impact the perceived value for money, especially in a delivery-focused model where convenience is paramount.
Regarding **promotional information**, the very nature of a ghost kitchen often means that promotion is heavily reliant on online presence, positive reviews (which are mixed in this case), and visibility on food delivery platforms. There is no specific promotional information provided, such as discounts, loyalty programs, or special offers. The core "promotion" for a ghost kitchen is typically the ease of ordering and the promise of quick, convenient delivery of a specific cuisine. However, the critical feedback regarding missing items, small portions, and inconsistent quality—described as "diff quality about what you could expect from the freezer section"—suggests that Chow Fusion needs to address these fundamental aspects to build a strong and positive reputation. The advice from one frustrated customer to "Do not suffer, go elsewhere" is a strong indicator of the challenges the establishment faces in consistently meeting customer expectations. For local users in Snohomish considering Chow Fusion, it's essential to approach it with an understanding of its ghost kitchen model and be aware of the varied customer experiences regarding food quality and order accuracy.

Customer Reviews
This is a low quality ghost kitchen in Collectors Choice restaurant. We placed an order and got incredibly small portions, two dishes completely missing from the order, and diff quality about what you could expect from the freezer section. Do not suffer, go elsewhere.
Their pork fried rice was excellent. Had great flavor and they were able to make it without egg (allergies) so that was positive. Their Mongolian Beef however was extremely salty. Beef was tender and chunky, which we liked but way too much salt. Orange Chicken was a huge disappointment. The chicken itself was good, but the sauce they’re using needs to be revisited. Very blah.
Fantastic! Such great flavors!! Homemade sweet and sour that isn’t gloppy! You can actually taste the herbs and spices used in it. The vegetables are fresh and a great mix of different ones. Truly the best our family has tried in the area!! So delicious! We’ve been multiple times and have tried almost everything on the menu. Nothing has disappointed!
Lots of food. A little americanized for me but very tasty. Great service and there's a dance floor.
Finally! Some really great Chinese food in Snohomish! Love all the options especially the honey walnut shrimp, egg rolls, sweet and sour and Mongolian beef. The orange chicken actually has orange flavor. Thankful for a new take out place!
