Chopt Creative Salad Co.

I went to CHOPT Creative Salad in Glastonbury for a quick and healthy meal. I had no idea what kind of salad I wanted to eat. Ryan prepared my meal and he was absolutely patient, professional, and customer service friendly. He happily answered all my questions and his attitude was so AMAZING! I thanked him profusely for being so patient with me. His demeanor is what restaurants need to retain and gain more customers. I hope his manager sees this review and recognize him for going above and beyond. We all can learn a lot from Ryan! Thank you again!

My daughter and I enjoyed dinner at Chopt in Glastonbury. The salad and service was excellent. The manager was working on the floor, cleaning the trash cans and wiping tables. Usually I don't see that. I was very impressed. Thank you for an excellent dining experience. Ilda&Mia

Can you leave more than 5 Stars..... Our first time ever at Chopt and we can't wait to return. Went in once and did a "Craft Your Own" Salad made by Sam, it was so exceptional that we decided we didn't want to share so I went back in a few moments later and had a duplicate salad made, this time by Joe. Both salads are out of this world, fresh ingredients, so flavorful and amazing dressings (got 2 on the side to try because couldn't decide). Sam and Joe are amazing at building your salad and Chopt is lucky to have employees like this representing the store and taking care of their customers. Look forward to many more trips to Chopt for these great great salads.

I had the pleasure of getting a salad there today. I wish I had asked the name of the person who helped me. They were awesome (attending school for a degree in hospitality)! I went off menu and just chose the ingredients I like. They made good suggestions and let me sample 3 dressings before making a choice (balsamic vinaigrette). I ate as much as I could and saved the rest for dinner. Very nice restaurant, helpful staff. I wish there was one close to me.

Chopt in Glastonbury is an excellent salad and warm bowl casual restaurant. First time at this location. Been to several locations in New York. The ambiance and cleanliness. Five star It’s nicely designed with modern touches and very clean. It’s located near the Whole Foods which is very convenient and central. Got the Greek salad, customized it with the dressing. It was pretty good. Some of the secondary vegetables were not as fresh as I usually like but they’re still pretty decent. The lady at the counter was super nice and very helpful. Had a lot of questions and she was able to guide me. Will definitely be back.
