3•22•25 never ceases to dissapoint always on par great food & service and flavors are distinguished i ordered the triple plate bit spicey but delicious and hubby ordered the Chicken pansit was good but best is the original pansit as it is made. Customer service is always nice they check up on you frequently and refills so it's nice to see that. I recommend this restaurant very good verses others food taste the same regardless what you order but here, it's great it's a nice choice and awesome meal and for me it's worth the drive I drive about 1 hour and 10min just to get here. But will continue if service and food stays the same. Thank you chopstix. 2•17•25 we decided to come back we came b4 this date but I reordered the Pansi which was awesome but this time I ordered the Chicken Almond and husband ordered the Beef Jalapeno man both dishes well served and super delicious I do recommend this hidden Gem. Awesome people are very hospitable. All 3X's I've been here service is always great. Will be returning if I'm in the neighborhood. Great eats. 1/2025 I finally found a good Chinese restaurant because here in the valley closer to brownsville, you are not gonna find one. They are either all related and same dish and flavor to most. This one is not related to the one in brownsville chop sticks. I really recommend it here it is super busy. There are a lot of take outs. anyways, our service was awesome. Our waiter shouted out to Alex. He was very attentive and very hospitable, glad he explained what I was looking for. Whatever I liked about this place was their food. You can actually taste everything on the plate vs. When everything is over empowered by whatever sauce they use. Here it is made nicely and delish. I have no complaints but to come and visit and try it you will not regret it. My husband ordered the Chicken jalapeno plate, and I got the pansi combination plate very good and well served. Prices are pretty decent, and serving is nice. We will return again when we are here in this area. Meanwhile, Chop Stix, thank you so much for our delicious meals. Very happy customer.

The service was decent. This was my first time trying this place since I’m new to the area. I ordered to go and was shocked when I got home to see my sisters plate was without her rice nor vegetables. My plate was ok but the chicken was just huge chunks. I ended up just eating the rice :( it’s sad to say will not be going back

This reminded me of a Chinese diner I visited when I was young. First time here. Service was great. Food was good. Lunch special was a lot of food.

I stopped by for dinner takeout on a weekday. My initial impression was a little disappointing, but there was some redemption. For context, I dropped by a little before six, which is around the start of the dinner rush. The place didn't yet unusually busy. As I stepped up to the counter it took a couple minutes to be greeted. The woman taking my order seemed borderline bothered and was very transactional in the ordering interaction. To top it off, after signing my receipt. She walked off without a thank you or setting any expectations about my order. I had to stop her to ask how long I should expect it to take, which was a reasonable 12-15 minutes. I decided to wait in the car vs. the small pickup lobby. When I returned, there wasn't anyone near the counter. I waited a few minutes when a waitress came by to ask if I was waiting on an order. Again, no greeting or pleasantries. Very transactional. A minute or two later, the lady that took my order came out with to-go bags in hand, which she quickly handed to me. This time, she was much friendlier and thankful, a stark contrast from the earlier interaction. When, she handed the bag to me, I was surprised by how heavy it was. I could already tell it was a hefty portion After arriving home and opening the food, I recognized that the entire were sizeable portions and properly cooked. We had the General Tso and Orange Chicken. Both were tasty and fulfilling. I would have preferred the General Tso a bit spicier. I'm unclear if that was an option (I wasn't asked for a preference). The one minor disappointment with the meals was that veggie portion, which was about 5 whole broccoli florets. We also had the crab puffs, which were pretty tasty and crispy. Although, they were heavy on the cream cheese and light on the faux crabmeat.

Last time, I was in this favorite Chinese restaurant, I forgot to tell the woman who took my order that I am allergic to MSG and white sugar; therfore, I could not eat it at home. It was my fault. Be careful with Asian food ingredients when you have diet restrictions as mine. Chopsticks will always respect your choices and accommodate them in your desired dish.
