Chopstix Fusion

What a feast! The Beef Hor Fun was easily one of the best we’ve ever had, silky noodles, tender beef, and that perfect smoky char. We wrapped up with Pandan and Coconut Boxed Cake, light and fragrant, and the Strawberry Crepe Cake, soft, creamy, and just the right amount of sweet. The owner, Wendy, pours her heart into both the food and the service. The quote on the wall says it all about food and culture, "You can lay the world’s burden down, but never your chopsticks." : )

Ok this place is legitimately good. If I lived a little closer I would probably get take out from here regularly. The dipping sauce that comes with the dumplings is a highlight. The beef chow fun is delicious and you should get it with the XO sauce. Everything we ordered, the salt and pepper shrimp, fried green beans, and boiled fish, all delicious. They make their desserts on site and are quite good. They are maybe half the sweetness you might find in an American bakery.

My family and I really enjoyed the food and service at Chopstix. We preordered Typhoon Crab 🦀. They get live crab for us. The dish was cooked perfectly. You can really taste the sweetness & freshness of the crab. The rest we ordered at the restaurant. Pandan & coconut cake was excellent, light and creamy 🎂

We hit up Chopstix Fusion today (and at first the word fusion threw me) but they have a tiny yet mighty Chinese menu that is fantastic! The owner's husband is the chef, while she makes all the pastries! They're so good! The scallion fried rice & xo sauce chow fun were cooked searing hot over a wok, getting that essential smokey wok flavor. It's hard to find places that do a great fried rice so good without all the fluff. They have a lot of Chinese classics like clay pot, and various szechuan dishes. (Menu in photos!) Their mapo tofu is legit! It had enough peppercorn to fully numb your tongue. Pastries, sooo good. The pandan cake was a flawless chiffon, super spongey/soft with a delicate cream that wasn't sweet. They opened a half year ago, and definitely an appreciated addition to the area. Give 'em a go if you want to try out some great food. A small place, with some legit, "authentic" (if you must) Chinese food.

WOW!! This place was just perfect! A true authentic Chinese restaurant that was seriously worth driving for! I spoke to the owner Wendy prior to my arrival and ordered my custom birthday crepe cake from her. She reserved tables for my family and friends as we had such an amazing lunch there! She was the sweetest lady, always at our side to make sure service was perfect and was so attentive and made my birthday lunch the BEST EVER!! The food was the best I’ve had here in Colorado for Chinese!! And the cake was heavenly! First off….the mango strawberry crepe cake she made was the most delicious dessert I’ve ever tasted! If you’ve never tried a crepe cake it’s worth it!! Please go see Wendy and order your cake and stay for lunch or dinner!!
