Based on recent feedback from customers, experiences at Chopsticks House appear to be varied. Some patrons have reported significant dissatisfaction with the food quality. One review described multiple dishes, including orange chicken, white rice, kung pow chicken, and shrimp noodles, as lacking flavor, greasy, and of overall low quality. This customer, while noting that the staff was nice and the restaurant clean, stated they would not purchase food from the establishment again due to the poor taste.

Another customer expressed considerable disappointment, particularly in comparison to past experiences at Chopsticks House. This reviewer, who had not visited for several months, found the food to be "disgusting" during a recent visit on Saturday, February 8th around 7 PM. Specific issues highlighted included burnt tempura shrimp (allegedly re-dipped after being sent back), soggy and mushy egg rolls, and inedible wontons. The broccoli beef was also described as not tasting like meat. This customer further mentioned the unexpected addition of a service fee to their bill.

This same reviewer speculated that a change in ownership in October of the previous year might be the reason for the perceived decline in food quality. They also observed that the restaurant was less crowded than in the past, despite a full parking lot, suggesting a potential shift in customer patronage.

It is important for potential diners to consider these recent reviews when making their dining decisions. While some aspects of the restaurant, such as cleanliness and staff courtesy, have been acknowledged positively, the critical feedback regarding the flavor and preparation of the food is significant. As an objective introduction based on available online information, it is our responsibility to present these customer experiences directly.

For local users seeking a Chinese restaurant in the Ontario Mills area, Chopsticks House is an option to consider. However, we encourage individuals to weigh the provided customer feedback regarding food quality against their own expectations. It is possible that experiences may vary, and further investigation or updated reviews could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the current state of the restaurant.

When visiting any restaurant, including Chopsticks House, factors such as the current chef, ingredient sourcing, and daily operations can influence the quality of food and service. Therefore, while past reviews offer valuable insights, they may not always reflect the most up-to-date situation. Potential customers might consider looking for more recent reviews or perhaps trying a small order initially to assess the current standards.

As a platform providing information about local Chinese restaurants, our aim is to present an unbiased overview based on the data available. In the case of Chopsticks House, the recent customer reviews raise concerns about the consistency and quality of their food. While the location is convenient for those in the Ontario Mills area and positive remarks have been made about the staff and cleanliness, the negative feedback regarding the core offering – the food – should be taken into account.

We understand that dining experiences are subjective, and what one person finds unsatisfactory, another might find acceptable. However, the consistency and severity of the negative comments regarding the taste and preparation of multiple dishes at Chopsticks House warrant attention for anyone considering dining there. It is advisable for prospective customers to seek additional or more recent feedback to form a well-rounded opinion.

In conclusion, Chopsticks House is a Chinese restaurant located in Ontario, CA, offering a range of standard Chinese dishes. While it has received some positive mentions regarding its service and cleanliness, recent customer reviews highlight significant issues with the flavor and quality of the food. Potential patrons should carefully consider this feedback when deciding whether to dine at Chopsticks House and may wish to seek more current information to gauge the restaurant's current standards.

The food had no flavor, it smelled bad. I got orange chicken it was deep fried, greasy, no flavor, the white rice had no flavor, the kung pow chicken had no flavor, the shrimp noodles no flavor. Everything was bland and very low quality. The staff was nice and the restaurant is clean. But the food I will never buy again.

I was expecting high quality perfectly seasoned and prepared food that I've grown accustomed to because Chopsticks was always on the mark! I hadn't visited for maybe 5-6months ago. I recently visited Saturday, February 8 around 7pm and EVERYTHING WAS DISGUSTING! nothing like it used to be! My tempura shrimp was burnt, i sent it back and it looked like they peeled of the burnt and redipped shrimp! The egg rolls were soggy and mushy! I couldn't even swallow the wontons, I had to spit it out in my napkin! The brocolli beef didn't taste like meat! I was so disappointed and the server had the audacity to apply a service fee to my bill! The food was so nasty that I had to investigate why such a major drop in quality, tasty food. And I found it! This business was sold October last year! I was wondering why it was not as crowded as it used to be (parking lot was full yet the restaurant had 2 people in it!)
