As a Chinese Restaurant in Rochester, Chopsticks has garnered positive reviews for its delicious and fresh food. Customers have consistently praised the sweetness of the waitstaff and the prompt service, with food arriving quickly and hot.

The sesame chicken is also highlighted as delicious and very well made, making these dishes strong recommendations for first-time visitors.

They also mentioned having to call in their order for white rice, which was not available on the online menu. The chicken pad thai was well-received, providing two meals. The steamed pork belly buns were particularly praised as amazing.

However, the same takeout customer suggested avoiding the scallion pancakes, describing them as greasy and lacking in scallion flavor. This provides a balanced perspective on the menu offerings.

Highly recommended dishes include the handmade pork dumplings and the sesame chicken. While their online menu might have some limitations, their takeout service is efficient, and the steamed pork belly buns are a notable highlight. We got takeout for the first time from Chopsticks. It was great. The staff were very friendly. I had to call in my order as they didn’t have a side of white rice on the online menu. The food was very good I got chicken pad Thai and got two meals out of it. The steamed pork belly buns were amazing. I’d leave the scallion pancakes they were greasy and didn’t taste like scallions at all. I’ll be back to try more things.

The food here is pretty good. They have a mix of authentic and Americanized Chinese food. I ordered the braised pork steamed bun, scallion pancakes and the beef chow fun. These were excellent. I also ordered the orange beef with fried rice instead of white rice. The orange beef was okay, but the fried rice wasn't very good, hence only 4 stars. The staff was pleasant so that is always good. I like how they didn't ask tips for takeout which has always been a pet peeve.

Food was excellent and came out quick but the non lunch hour pricing is quite steep. Paid around 27$ for Kung Pao beef with tax and tip which is nearing fine dining prices. Lunch hour special pricing seems fine however.

They have a lot of options. I have tried their General Tso’s chicken and Kung Po chicken and liked them both. It is a cozy little restaurant with families over whenever I visited. Recommend trying them if you are in the area and interested in Chinese cuisine
