Chopsticks Chinese restaurant

Pretty quick service ordering at the counter took 5-10 mins to get my food. Pretty sure the lady overcharged for the dinner combination being $12 when the menu shows 10.25. (No receipt either) food wise taste is average, very salty for soup and chicken. Sanitation wise, it’s not ideal. Saw bare hands touching the food and open containers of meat sitting around.

First of all I want to make clear this will not be the first time that I have ordered from this place the food is bland it’s not all that not too tasty . In addition to that I tried placing an order today a lunch special and and some places they offer either the soup or egg roll I asked the lady who answered the phone if the lunch special came with something she started yelling on the phone that nothing comes with the food do you want the food or not? That bothered me because they are not doing nobody a favor they are a business and if they are Open it’s because of the business that people like myself give them. I canceled my order and I will definitely tell anyone not to go in there and if you are ordering do not let no one ever yell or speak to you in such a way especially if you are the one paying and not getting nothing for free that being said I will never purchase from them again do yourself a favor and look up the great wall of China or tasty which is nearby the area way better service and food is spectacular

I’ve ordered takeout from Chopsticks a few times. The food has been good each time and the portions are large. They are not on Seamless or Grub Hub, but ordering over the phone has always been a smooth experience.

Always fast, always consistent. This is take out Chinese done perfectly.

I went there today to order some food and told the guy that I wanted my food in the plastic rectangular container with the rice that they serve it in sometime. He decided to put my food in the small little round bowl and give me my rice separate in a small box. I asked him why didn't he put it together with the rice and can I have to rectangular bowl that I asked him to put it in. He then gave me a styrofoam plate. I told him I need a bowl not the plate. He then gave me the rectangular plastic bowl and then wanted to charge me for the bowl. I asked him why he was charging me then he got an attitude with me. I told him I was the customer and why was he being rude. He told me I can go to another Chinese restaurant. I have gone to that Chinese restaurant a lot because I work in the area, but can't understand why he was so rude and disrespectful. I do not trust this restaurant anymore because he might put something in my food. I will advise everyone not to go back there because this guy who run the place is rude and disrespectful.
