We had our family dinner here last night. The food was just AWESOME! It gave me a big surprise with the taste of the food! I would say it’s the best Szechuan food in the Bay Area! We talked to the owner and she is originally from Szechuan and the whole staff are from that area. That is why they have the most authentic Szechuan cuisine.

Loved the food. The vegetable fried rice( no egg and soy sauce) was so simple and yet almost addictive. Simply delicious!!! Their kung pao tofu is really good too. Also ordered the classic green beans which did not disappoint as well. On the whole great experience. We have them on speed dial! Gets a bit crowded on Fridays so takes 20-25 mins for pick up orders.

normally the reviews I write are full of stupid irreverent drivel, but not this one. this place is simply DELICIOUS. if you are craving authentic sichuan cuisine I can scarcely think of a better place to go. this food might just heal you. as a lifelong east bay resident I have been coming here for as long as i’ve been able to eat solid food and it has never once missed. when I found out that it was temporarily closed a while ago I was overcome with chest pain. DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS PLACE!! (personal faves: hot and sour soup; cucumber salad; scallion pancake; 回锅肉; lamb skewer; dandan noodle)

Worst Yang chao fried rice I have every taste in my life. The shrimp is not fresh at all. This spicy chicken hot pot is 37 dollars. Crazy how restaurants ripping people off now days. Avoid this place!
