Chipotle Mexican Grill

So I used to work for Chipotle I know all the ends and outs, but this is unacceptable. I got a veggie bowl and a bowl with white rice and cheese with a side of chicken. This crew member decides to charge me a bowl with JUST RICE AND CHEESE and call it a veggie while charging me a side of chicken... If she was intelligent which this obviously shows otherwise, she would've just charged it as a chicken bowl but whatever.

Chipotle is one of my favorites and I have given the Crestview location multiple change but I am always disappointed. 1) the meat is not seasoned like other Chipotles. 2)I Love Chipotles Guac, but here it is too salty yet I am told they have no salt in the restaurant? 3) portion size is small and no comparable to other Chipotle restaurants. 4) location needs to be cleaner. 5) employees need to be more courteous. Please do better, call in staff from Destin location to train your team.

This place is disgusting. Should have walked out. It was dirty, food all over the kitchen and pans stacked 6+ high all over. Not how a resturant kitchen is run at all...surprised they haven't been shutdown for violations. Food was old. It was 4pm and pinto beans looked like they have been out since 10am...completely dry. My wife and I tried to find things that looked eatable, but it was slim pickings. The chips were stale. Was a waste of $27 dollars. Will go to other similar style/type places instead that are a lot better. Only one person working that we saw, not sure what anyone else was doing, but it wasn't cleaning.

This was our first time ever visiting a Chipotle, and unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed. The portions were noticeably smaller compared to Moe's Southwest Grill, and the flavors just didn't measure up. To make matters worse, the chips were stale, and the queso was more like a thick soup than actual cheese. They also didn't give enough chips to properly enjoy the queso. For the price, it just wasn't worth it, and I don't think we’ll be back. The one positive was the presentation of the food – everything was packed nicely and looked great, but that didn’t make up for the rest of the experience.

Always predictable food. Good food. Very short on help. But hey who isn't these days.
