Chipotle Mexican Grill

I just learned about Brenda, who is the manager, as we came in a little after 10 pm when they close at 11. Most of the time the service stinks and the workers aren’t happy but Brenda and the crew was solid and with great service. I asked for the manager and she informed me she was - it makes sense why she was chosen as the manager. We will be back because of that and will tell others. Hopefully this makes it to those who need to see it and customers thinking about coming

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Richie at Chipotle, and I must say, his service was outstanding. Richie's friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made my dining experience truly enjoyable. Not only was he efficient in taking my order, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared exactly to my liking. His attention to detail and willingness to accommodate special requests did not go unnoticed. Richie's exceptional customer service skills are a testament to his dedication to providing an excellent experience for every guest. I highly recommend Richie to anyone visiting Chipotle; his positivity and professionalism are sure to brighten your day!

Really nice chipotle location! The service was fast, food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean. The only downside for me was they do not serve alcohol at this location. I usually like to get a Modelo with my meal. Other than that, it’s a great location for a chipotle. The restaurant is in a newer building, the area is very nice, and I like that that have indoor and outdoor seating..

First of all this was not the fault of employees nor managment, but rather the App ordering system. My order never was received at the store, although my bank account was charged and I received an email confirming the order. Upon arrivial when I showed the email to the employee they gladly made my order and I will return to the store, but not to the App.

What a joke. I have lived here my entire life and love chipotle but the last three times I have been here in two weeks. Mind you they are open until 11. I’m told we have no more steak and not cooking any. Out of white rice with no more on the way. The last bit of steak I just ate was so salty I couldn’t even finish. Who ever the manager is here should consider working the evening when it is actually busy and be present. The high school employees don’t have a clue. What a joke. I’ll from now on travel to the two opposing locations for better service and food. I don’t write reviews often but when I was in line I was told no more steak or white rice. By time I reached the check out. White rice was refilled and they began cooking chicken but apparently no steak even though there was plenty of chicken to begin with.
