Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Upon entering the establishment, we saw a huge line that didn’t seem to be moving, but decided to wait. We arrived at 7:15PM and didn’t leave with food in hand until roughly 8:40PM. The ice was over flowing from the drink machine. There wasn’t any lemonade or spoons. The entire line was gross. All the tables and most of the seats were so disgusting, I didn’t even want to sit on them while waiting in the line. I counted 8 workers. 6 of which were doing absolutely NOTHING but watching their 2 team mates run around like chickens with their heads cut off. & to add insult to injury while waiting over an hour in the line, I witnessed 4 works make their food right in front of us, sit at the nasty tables on the lobby, and EAT in pairs. I understand folks need breaks, but it was completely unacceptable for the line to literally be out the door and multiple employees eating together while disgruntled customers starred. It was pretty awkward and people were def letting it be known they were upset.

The place looks like a disaster area there’s food everywhere. On the floors the counters, the tables. The drink machine is full of discarded ice. My order was placed online and despite the app saying it would be ready in 10 mins it took more than twice that long while I had to sit and watch the people who walked in after me get their food made. I decided it wasn’t worth the time or health risk and left. I’ll be calling for a refund later.

Card or exact change only for two weeks now. They are "sorry for the inconvenience". No it's lazy. Gave me a tiny scoop of meat then charged me for double meat when given a reasonable helping. 28.36 for one person to get a burrito bowl drink and chips with no queso. Kind of ridiculous.

This place has never been amazing. A few times it has been acceptable to get that Chipotle fix. BUT, it has declined enough to where I’ve felt compelled to tell you all about it. I went in on a Sunday afternoon and there wasn’t a long line, so my hopes were high that I would get a decent meal. NOPE. As many of you know, they’re always out of something. This time was veggies, chips, steak, vinaigrette, and I stopped asking after that. Staff was polite but obviously lost. Management needs to be replaced. Period. Trash cans overflowed. Drinks empty/not working. Looked like an abandoned chipotle. See my pictures for details.

By far, the worse chipotle I have ever been to. My family and I walked into this chipotle thinking it was going to be awesome based on location. At first glance; place is dirty, literally disgusting. Floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in days, tables were dirty. The kitchen was dirty, I cannot emphasize enough how dirty this place was. I couldn’t even walk half way through when I decided that my family and I couldn’t have dinner here. I am sorry
