Chipotle Mexican Grill

absolutely digusting, counter is not being cleaned where they prep customer's food, portion is ridiculous, i don't recommend this location at all. Edit: few minutes after, a man sitting next has his food overflowing, why and how such difference? , and I did use the chipotle contact like the owner responded, I hope someone will reach out to me regarding this asap.

This place is terrible… I try and give it grace bc it’s usually just the general inability to wrap burritos but today I found a MOLDY TOMATO in my pico! For context I used to go in here often and the employees are (mostly) completely unable to take directions, which doesn’t give me much hope that the back of the house is doing well. The moldy tomato really cements it for me. The Chipotle down the road is very good and CLEAN and the employees are on it, giving 110%. Not here, don’t go here… they really need to get their stuff together.

Horrible service. Standing against the wall with people who had said they had been standing for close to 25 minutes. It took close to 25 minutes to get my online order. People are coming in, ordering, and getting their food. While waiting, an employee from behind the counter goes around to the front, orders, gets his food and sits down. After eating a little bit, gets up, leaving his food at a table, and goes behind the counter and starts making food because people walked in. I’m confused why other employees keep coming out, and then disappearing in the back. Not to mention the hair on the sticker to seal the bag.

Super dirty. Trash overflowing. Workers just giggling in the back. Nobody seems to care. Literally have me half a scoop of chicken in a bowl.

Food was good tonight. We had burrito & a bowl. Chicken had a lot of flavor, salsa/pico was delicious. They were out of small/medium lids, so we got free soda upgrades to large. Restaurant was clean- staff was friendly.
