Update 12/19/24: ANOTHER MISS. This is what they consider a standard bowl. They should be embarrassed from the food to the workers. Never have I experienced a chipotle like this one. I’m done with this location for good. For a $30 meal of rice, beans and chicken, they should at least give you a regular portion. I ordered two double meat bowls and received half of a regular portion. Employee didn’t respond when asked several times politely for more. Whoever is working the 1:30 Sunday shift needs to be retrained.

While I order food here for myself sometimes, I often deliver orders out of here. I’ve been picking up orders here for the last couple of years and I’ve noticed the quality of service get progressively worse recently. Most of the times I go in to pick up now, there’s usually a woman that appears to maybe be a supervisor of sorts? I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes here and I also know that managers have duties beyond rolling up their sleeves. But this ‘supervisor’ seems to just always stand by the register and accomplish the most remedial of tasks if any, while the other employees are getting their butts kicked on the make lines. It seems like the leadership here has grown quite toxic. Normally, this doesn’t affect me directly. But tonight, the same woman, along with another employee (woman with blonde hair) were talking amongst themselves while leaning against the make line, facing the wall. So naturally, I said “hello” to get their attention. I think that’s pretty reasonable of me, right? So they turn around and I tell them “I’m picking up an order for blank”. Then the employee sarcastically says “I’m good how are you” like I didn’t greet them already and just asked for my order. If you’re gonna be smart with me, at least be more observant and maybe pay better attention to your surroundings when you’re on the clock. If that were the case, you would’ve heard me the first time. Being right at the mall, I know this location gets far too busy to deal with a lack of productivity like I’ve seen here lately. It’s been a long time since I’ve ordered food for myself here; and I’m probably gonna keep it that way after this. Again, maybe there’s a side to these employees I’m not seeing. But from my side of the counter, it’s pretty unimpressive.

This is the THIRD time I've come into this Chipotle and the THIRD time that they have been OUT of their GRILLED VEGGIES. On top of that their Sofritas were old and dry - AGAIN. And there was absolutely NO tabasco sauce available and NO napkins. The floors were covered in filth and the counter tops looked like they hadn't been cleaned for hours. To top it off when I opened up the burrito and started eating I almost broke a tooth on a hard piece of plastic from some sort of corner of a container (see picture). I can't stress how disgusting this is on so many levels. When I was in there I asked to speak to the general manager Daniel Taylor but was told "Oh he ain't here." This is the last time I will come into this Chipotle and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this filthy place.

I have a severe gluten allergy and as soon as I let the gentleman know at the counter he knew exactly what to do and said “of course we can accommodate you!!” I’m always so hesitant to say that because usually it’s a hassle but he immediately took the time to go wash his hands get fresh gloves, get fresh scoopers scoop from fresh containers and took the time to make sure my food was SAFE!!! Thank you so much I unfortunately didn’t get his name.

Server greeted me and was pleasant, this location in Cordova Mall not so much. Ordered take out meals for three to enjoy with my family at home, a 40 minute drive. I was violently ill five hours later and had a miserable night, so not likely to look for a Chipotle next time.
