About Chineese Food

Chineese Food is a local establishment categorized as a Chinese Restaurant, located in San Bernardino, CA 92407, USA. This introduction aims to provide potential local users with an objective overview of the restaurant based on recent customer feedback available online. While specific details regarding the environment, comprehensive services, menu features, and promotional information are not provided in the given data, we can analyze the existing reviews to offer insights into recent customer experiences.

Based on the available feedback, it's important for potential customers to be aware of some concerns raised by recent patrons. One customer recounts a negative experience upon entering the establishment. According to this review, the customer felt ignored by the staff present. The reviewer describes observing an employee preparing food for a delivery service while seemingly acknowledging the customer's presence without offering service. Additionally, the reviewer noted two other individuals, presumably staff members, engaged in conversation without acknowledging or assisting the waiting customer. This lack of acknowledgment and service led to a highly negative impression, with the reviewer stating they would "never go there again." This experience highlights a significant issue with customer service at least on one occasion.

Another recent review touches upon the pricing and the perceived value offered. This customer acknowledges that prices have increased, which they attribute to a general trend affecting various businesses. However, their primary concern lies with what they perceive as an attempt to "penny pinch" on condiment portions, specifically hot sauce. The reviewer mentions requesting three condiment containers, which they found to be significantly underfilled, described as "not even half full- more like 10%." This discrepancy between the expectation of condiment quantity and what was provided led to considerable dissatisfaction. The reviewer explicitly states that this experience has led them to conclude, "It’s safe to say this is the last time we’re coming here." This feedback suggests that, for this customer, the combination of increased prices and reduced condiment portions has negatively impacted their perception of value and their willingness to return to the restaurant.

It is crucial to note that these two reviews represent individual experiences and may not be representative of every customer's interaction with Chineese Food. However, they are the only pieces of direct customer feedback provided, and therefore offer the only available insights into recent service and value aspects of the restaurant. Without further information regarding the restaurant's environment (e.g., ambiance, cleanliness, decor), the full range of services offered (e.g., dine-in, takeout, delivery, catering), specific menu features or signature dishes, or any current promotional offers, it is challenging to provide a comprehensive introduction. The absence of positive feedback in the provided data also limits the ability to highlight any particularly strong aspects of the restaurant based on customer experiences.

Potential local users considering Chineese Food should take these recent experiences into account. The feedback suggests potential inconsistencies in customer service and concerns regarding the value proposition, particularly in relation to condiment portions relative to pricing. As there is no information available to counter these negative experiences with positive feedback or to elaborate on other aspects of the restaurant, a balanced perspective is difficult to achieve based solely on this data.

For those still interested in trying Chineese Food, despite the concerns raised, it might be prudent to manage expectations regarding service attentiveness and to potentially inquire about condiment availability and portions when placing an order. Given the limited information, it is impossible to comment on the quality or variety of the food itself, the atmosphere of the dining area (if dine-in is offered), or the efficiency of their takeout or delivery services (if available). To gain a more complete understanding of what Chineese Food offers, individuals may need to rely on their own experiences or seek out additional reviews from other platforms if available online.

In conclusion, this introduction of Chineese Food in San Bernardino is based solely on the provided negative customer reviews. These reviews highlight significant concerns regarding customer service, specifically instances of being ignored, and issues related to perceived value due to increased prices coupled with minimal condiment portions. Potential local users should consider these points when deciding whether to patronize this Chinese restaurant. Without more comprehensive and balanced information, a fully detailed and positive introduction is not feasible. It is recommended that individuals seek further information or proceed with caution based on the limited and negative feedback currently available.

I went to get food, they ignored me, the lady who was preparing the door dash food looked right at me and still continue to prepare the food as the other two gentlemen stood there, and just had a conversation while ignoring me and not even acknowledge that I walked into their establishment horrible service. I will never go there again.

Prices have gone up ( like Everything ) but come on now- to penny pinch the hot sauce? All 3 condiment containers we asked for were not even half full- more like 10% , ridiculous! It’s safe to say this is the last time we’re coming here.

I ordered a small B combo which is 9.19 each. A watermelon smoothie for 5.25, this is the receipt I was given. And this is what they charged me. Be careful, as you will be over charged for not knowing there language!

The bbq pork was tough as if it sat around for awhile. I went to get a refill and the manager gave me a weird look and mumbled something and pointed at the machine. I saw a sign that said refills 1 dollar and apologized, he kept up with attitude again I apologized. He acted like the 1 dollar was going to put him out of business. I paid thenleft with have a good day, all I got in response was a look I stole something. For some reason kindness didn't work. Never going back.

I was craving Chinese food and saw this Little Beijing Chinese restaurant located on Kendall Dr.. They take any phone orders, if using a card a $10.00 minimum must be spent. I ordered the $8.99 deal with 2 sides chow mein& rice and any entrée. I chose orange chicken. I must say the orange chicken was very chewey and very sweet. I added some cream cheese wontons to spend over $10.00. The woman that served me was just okay. I find Panda Express is a better quality food. Don't waste your money here.
