China Wok

I've gone to this China Wok for years and years and it's extremely consistent, which is probably one of my all time favorite things about it! Same guy working there with his family, same wait time (always 15mins, and they mean 15mins when they say 15mins!), same hot, tasty straight out of the wok or fryer food at pickup, with over stuffed containers so you know you'll have a few days worth of dinner! This is a gem of a place that I always stop at at least once while visiting relatives in the area✌️! The Fried Rice, Lo Mein, Krab Rangoon and Beef & Broccoli are all delicious from experience!!! The Lo Mein pictured is their Lrg House Special Lo Mein and what's on the plate is barely taking the top off of what was stuffed in that container, like I said, food for a few meals.

The food we received deserves 0 stars!! The Krab Rangoon cost us $9 yet looked and tasted as if it was frozen Krab Rangoon from the frozen isle at supermarkets; I tried getting past the look however when I took a bite I had to spit it out it was one of the nastiest things I've eaten in my life!! The General Tso Chicken was no better... So sad. My family assumed this restaurant would be good since most Chinese restaurants next to a Publix are normally some of the best around; however this one definitely changed our mind on that opinion and made it so we will never waste our money at this location again. They were even cheap about giving us more than one fortune cookie 🥠 My husband had to specifically ask if they'd give him an extra fortune cookie so his wife could enjoy one too... Sadly, I couldn't even enjoy the fortune cookie they gave us because it was stale! Man oh man, we won't make the mistake of ever eating here again. I hate giving bad reviews however this food was so disgusting that I had to go without dinner that night since my body is literally replused by every single item I tried... My husband is not a picky eater at all and even he was repulsed by this food!🤦🏼‍♀️ ... Thank God we didn't end up sick! 🙏💘✨

Ordered lunch today, the General Tso Chicken was perfectly crunchy and coated & the krab rangoons were perfect, even had lil chunks of pineapple in the sweet and sour sauce dipping sauce which I haven't seen anyone do for approx 30 yrs. Went back after work and got the Chicken Lo Mein which was awesome & 3 egg rolls which were great too. And for all of you that say the man is rude you are crazy, it's called being busy and getting back to work. Definitely be back as a repeat customer 🙂

I arrived at the restaurant at 3:03 PM and noticed that the man at the counter pointed out that it was past 3:04 PM. As it was my first visit, I had hoped for a friendlier welcome or a simple greeting, perhaps along with a suggestion for what to order. While I understand that the lunch special may have ended, it would have been nice to receive a warm acknowledgment. Unfortunately, I decided to leave in search of another dining option. I hope my feedback can be taken as a suggestion to enhance customer service in the future.

Hey, quite a good taste of American Chinese food here in this area. Good portion as well! The owner may be kind of hard to deal with, but guess that’s just his kind of personality but I’m here for food anyway!
