China Wok never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The General Tso’s Chicken is crispy and delicious, and the Hot and sour soup packs the perfect amount of spice. Portions are generous, service is quick, and prices are reasonable. A must-try for anyone craving great Chinese food!

So today 10/24/24. I ordered online like I usually do. I put my card information in and submitted my order but somehow there was an error and the order didn’t go through but a hold was still placed on my debit card. I go to the restaurant to see if I can get an explanation as to why this happened. The young girl that works at the front had poor customer service skills and poor professionalism. I asked to speak to the manager or owner all restaurant have a manager and an owner. For some reason the girl found it funny that I asked to speak to a manager. She said the manager wasn’t there. Than the delivery guy came inside and she smiling at him and kept saying who is the manager like she’s making a joke out of it. The delivery guy explained to me about the transaction pending and it should fall off in 3-5 days if it doesn’t come back to the restaurant to get my refund. My question is why the girl couldn’t have just said that. She have a nasty attitude. She was so rude and unprofessional. I order online all the time from the same website for years and she try to tell me that wasn’t there website. And kept laughing like something was funny. I would never order or step foot in that restaurant again. The public is why you’re in business. Learn how to treat your customers with respect.

Food is always fresh. Customer service is excellent fast and efficient. I treat myself once in a while to a fresh and healthy meal.

The food taste mushy, their meat like orange chicken and general tsos chicken taste mushy, not crispy. Their pork fried rice has little to no taste. Their is a girl who takes orders who’s customer service skills are abismal. It’s terribly obvious she’s miserable. A simple, hi how are you? Is returned with a what do you want. She can’t wait to hang up the phone. Seems like they do not like getting orders or return customers. I do not recommend this place - goto pagoda Chinese in north haven which are excellent in taste and Top notch customer service with same prices.

Went to pick up food everything was OK as far as the food but the owner I assume was yelling and arguing with the wife I gather but that was rare I was ready to leave I couldn't believe it. The woman was so upset and the little boy was trying to comfort her maybe his mom idk but not business like surprised with them. I usually hear the bickering in most McDonald's. I'm sure it won't happen again they're human to.
