The food was pretty good for the price! The black chicken pepper was pretty chewy and hard to break down though and the waitress forgot what I ordered to drink. Other than that, those were my only concerns. You can't go wrong with good Chinese food, and this place found the happy medium for price vs. quality. There were a lot of people and the food was very fresh. I would definitely recommend having lunch here!

Our expectations were not only met but exceeded what we initially thought due to what it's currently reviewed. Food was fresh, plentiful and at a fiscally responsible price! Eat here with no regrets & enjoy a quality experience! Endless shrimps and sushi! 10/10 highly recommend!

I’m going to start with the bad… The atmosphere was on the uncomfortable side, Not sure if it was the lighting or the decorating on the inside… Service was decent, food was decent , The best part was the pricing (15.99 plus tax)… So overall best bang for the buck at this place. I do recommend this place anytime you want to get full in Vegas 👍

Great price for what you get! The selection of food including the sushi 🍣 was pretty good. Service was also good. The restroom facilities were a little bit scary and could use some more attention.

The food is standard fare, nothing outstanding but no problems with the prep of any dishes (i liked the soup best). Unfortunately I made a mistake choosing to dine here. There is a sign that clearly states a 90 minute limit on the time you are allowed to eat. Because I have significant dental issues and other eating habits that increase my dining time I usually ask ahead if the time limit will be strictly enforced. I should have asked but looking around I saw at least a dozen empty tables at any time and decided just to eat leisurely, even reading a book. That fault is on me. I only had two plates of food so it's not like I was trying to get more than I paid for. And so about 2 or 3 times a month there will be an empty table at lunchtime at China Star that otherwise would have a paying customer.
