Man running establishment is very rude for no reason and you should not call because he will be very rude for no reason and has no idea what information he needs. If he sees this: you should not have to call after receiving all of the card information after having it given to you! And if you do you do not need to be mean or rude. It is very easy to be nice to people you should try it!!!

I was given partially cooked General Tso’s chicken. It smelled like raw meat. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Update: today is the second time in 2 months that I have placed an order with China Star and when I got there 25 minutes later, nobody knew anything about my order. The guy behind the counter was BEYOND rude on top of it. I've been going there for years and to be treated that way is unacceptable. I'm finding a new place. Definitely their loss, because we order at least once a week. Also pretty sad because I was one of the few positive reviews that they had. ------------------------------------------------------ We've been using China Star for take out for many years, and in our opinion, they are consistently the best Chinese food in White Plains. Very rarely is everything not perfectly delicious. Food is fresh and seasoned as it should be. The only issue is that sometimes they do mess your order up a little bit. Nothing major. I've tried many other places, but always come right back to China Star. Also, this is not a dine in type restaurant. They do have three booths in there, but I would not recommend it for anything other than maybe in an absolute pinch grabbing a quick lunch on your lunch break if necessary. Excellent for takeout.

Worst service! Been waiting for my food for over and hour and 30 minutes. And waiting. I called them and they keep on saying he’s on his way. Worst customer/delivery service ever
