Definitely a decent location but unfortunately the food is not that good the customer service is awful all my times going there I only interacted with one maybe two positive workers there that took my order. The customer service should be much better than this we all spend our money in hopes that we get good service and good food try to be a little bit more friendly and personable to the people that keep your business going

What you're about to read may be hard to believe!. On 3/22/2024, around 4 P.M., I ordered two egg rolls, an order of chicken with broccoli, and shrimp fried rice. They also gave me a free can of soda. When I got home and was ready to eat, I opened the egg roll bag and realized someone had taken a bite of my egg roll!!! You could see the teeth marks! The rest of the food looked good, but that!!! In the time of COVID! I could not possibly eat any of it after seeing that! Someone had to notice this before putting that egg roll in the bag! I refused to eat any of the food. I couldn't return it. It would be my word against the restaurant's. I threw all the food away! Needless to say, I'll stick to making my own food at home. I have a few very nice cookbooks. How horrible! And to know that I had bought food from there twice before through delivery without any issues I noticed made me sick thinking about that! You can't even sit down in there. They've got boxes all over the place. They don't even deserve the one star I gave them for preparing the food. Fresh Chinese food takes a while to prepare. Customers are often given frozen food that's been reheated at most neighborhood Chinese food restaurants. It certainly takes more than ten or 15 minutes!!! Stay home. Make something really safe and healthy! And when I was there, there were a bunch of teenagers in the kitchen joking around and laughing at customers whenever they entered the store. Very unprofessional.

I managed a store near this place years ago. I needed to enter their rear exit in order to access the common basement. On at least a dozen occasions I would find raw chicken laid out on flattened out cardboard boxes, on the floor in the back area. Several times with mice crawling over it. Be warned. This is a not a clean place. I could never understand how the Board of Health could allow them to remain in business. Plus my customers always found the people working their counter to be very unfriendly.
