China Palace Restaurant

Went in for lunch and ordered the steamed dumplings as an appetizer. The dumplings came out raw and you could obviously tell at first glance. The dough and pork were extremely undercooked. I informed the waitress and she returned them to the kitchen and brought them out after about 20 minutes and as you can see by the second picture they were again undercooked. I choose not to eat them and had them taken off of my order. We ordered an entree and it was cooked fine. The wait was a little longer than expected and yes I also took into account that it is Christmas Day. The waitress only checked on us once we were done eating and never offered a refill. I would like to point out again that I understand that it is Christmas Day but the undercooked food and lack of service is unacceptable at any restaurant no matter the day!

The food was flavorful, and cooked to perfection.the drinks (alcoholic) were well made. The building is clean with entertaining decor. The bathrooms cleaned and well stocked 2 issues 1 small and the other huge. 1 small the waitress/bartender was nice but not engaging at all. The huge problem here is parking is almost nonexistent.

Rudest waitress I’ve ever had in my life. I think she was drunk on the job. No manners, judgmental, terrible service. Made us extremely uncomfortable. You shouldn’t be touching your customers without consent and insulting their appearance. As someone who also works in the service industry I typically tip over 30% but for the incredible lack of professionalism I chose to forgo your tip. I’m talking about the overweight waitress/bartender in her late 50’s with the dark hair- please treat people better

Even though it was a busy lunch rush time, we were seated promptly. The food was delicious, especially the on the bone Chinese spare ribs. Nice Chinese decor as expected but there were also fun paintings of celebrities as well.
