While the provided reviews do not offer extensive details about the restaurant's environment or ambiance, one positive aspect highlighted is the helpfulness of the staff. One customer specifically mentioned a "very nice young lady" who assisted them with their order. This suggests a potentially welcoming and customer-focused atmosphere. However, the reviews lack comprehensive descriptions of the decor, cleanliness, or overall dining environment. Therefore, it is difficult to provide a detailed account of the restaurant's physical setting based solely on this information.
In terms of services, China One likely offers standard options expected from a Chinese restaurant. These typically include:
- Dine-in: Providing a space for customers to enjoy their meals at the restaurant.
- Takeout: Allowing customers to order food for consumption off-premises. You can place orders by calling (909) 463-6260 or +1 909-463-6260.
Delivery services are not explicitly mentioned in the reviews, so it is advisable to inquire directly with the restaurant about their delivery options or if they partner with any third-party delivery platforms. One of the notable features of China One, as indicated by a customer review, is their willingness to accommodate dietary restrictions and customize orders. The reviewer mentioned that the restaurant successfully prepared a chicken with snow peas dish with a specific request for garlic, while also ensuring the meal was safe for individuals with shrimp and carrot allergies. This suggests a flexibility and attention to detail in the kitchen, which can be a significant advantage for customers with specific dietary needs or preferences. The reviewer, who claims to have experience with authentic Chinese cuisine from their travels to China, highly recommended the food, implying a certain level of quality and authenticity in their dishes.
The menu at China One appears to include a variety of Chinese dishes, as evidenced by the customer's order of "chicken with snow peas," "green tea," and "two different wonton soups." This suggests a diverse offering that caters to different tastes. However, the specific range of dishes and their specialties are not detailed in the provided reviews. To get a comprehensive understanding of their menu, it would be best to visit the restaurant or inquire over the phone.
On the other hand, a separate review raises concerns regarding billing practices. This customer, who mentioned being a long-time patron, reported being overcharged for an extra order of rice, which they claimed had previously been complimentary. They also expressed disappointment that the receipt did not itemize the ordered items and their individual prices, only showing the total amount. This lack of transparency in billing is a point of concern raised by this particular customer.
Promotional information for China One is not included in the provided customer reviews. Chinese restaurants often have various promotions to attract customers, such as lunch specials, family meal deals, or discounts on specific days. To find out about any current promotions or special offers at China One, it is recommended to:

- Inquire if they have a website or social media presence where they might advertise deals.
In summary, China One in Fontana appears to be a Chinese restaurant that is appreciated by some customers for its ability to accommodate dietary restrictions and the quality of its food, with one reviewer drawing positive comparisons to authentic Chinese cuisine. The friendly service mentioned in one review is also a potential positive aspect. However, a concerning issue regarding overcharging and a lack of transparent billing was raised by another customer, which potential patrons should be aware of. While the environment and full range of services are not detailed, China One likely offers dine-in and takeout options. To learn more about their menu, delivery or catering services, and any ongoing promotions, direct contact with the restaurant is recommended.

I ordered the chicken with Snow peas with a little garlic in it green tea and two different wonton soups. My husband’s allergic to shrimp and I’m allergic to carrots and they fixed it. Very nice young lady helping us. I’ve been to China. I highly recommend this food.
My family and I have been coming here for years, ever since it opened. But the other day, they overcharged us. They charged us for an extra order of rice, which has always been free, and tried explaining that the rice (which they said was $3) was the reason they overcharged us $7. Also weird how the receipt never showed us the items we ordered and their price, just the total. Kind of disappointed.
The food was good plus because it was fresh. However that's the only good thing. The lady who id say is in her late teens maybe early 20s was super rude. She literally rolled her eyes because i asked if she knew about how long it'd be for my food. I only have a 30 minute lunch!!! I MANGE one of the stores at the shopping center if i wanted to cater for my crew this place is definitely out based on her nasty attitude. I should of listened to the other 2 managers telling me they were rude. Guess you don't have to care about how you treat your customers if it's family owned. I also did notice the Asian couple eating next to me got better service, better attitude and respectful responses. Do with that what you will
Food takes a while BUT totally worth it. Food is made fresh to order and you get a BIG portion. Not your ordinary cheese fast food.
We ordered the lunch special Kung Pao. Our lunch was good, reminds me of the Chinese fast food we used to have at our local mall. Good value for the amount, didn't need to add any additional chili or soy. Service was quick and great. This restaurant is located within the corner, left of bath body works.
