One reviewer described China One as a "hidden gem" in Salisbury, highlighting its small, family-owned nature. This patron praised the food as "absolutely delicious" and noted that it seemed to be prepared with "love and care." They specifically mentioned the freshness, flavor, and perfect cooking of each dish they tried. The sesame chicken was described as crispy and tender, the egg rolls as golden and flavorful, and the wonton soup as comforting and rich. This reviewer also appreciated the use of fresh ingredients and found the portion sizes to be generous for the price.

The broccoli was also reported as undercooked, and the chicken was described as unseasoned, dry, and plain. This reviewer strongly advised against recommending China One, even to an "worst enemy," and disturbingly mentioned finding hair in their food.

the food was nasty chicken undercooked shrimp fried rice only had one shrimp in it Broccoli not even cooked all the way chicken unseasoned Tasted dry and plane i would not recommend this to my worst enemy hair in my food.
they packaged sauce in my box that spilled over the entire bag when i went back they gave me a $5 refund upfront ( the meal was $8?? ) but i said i wanted it remade and then they made me pay extra:)
The fact that this person lie so hard that are hair is crazy at least put one hair to make it look really u put a whole bunch and I say we can refund it if u come in but u won’t come in and how would their will be such a long hair in their when I cook it and none of are hair is that bad u put that in yourself don’t try to lie
Terrible service and equally awful food. The worker demanded $.50 per “extra” chopstick - after handing me ONE set for my $38 order (two combos, extra veggies extra eggrolls and a large soup). Got home and the extra veggies I paid for in my chicken dish equated to a TOTAL of three pieces of broccoli. The chicken bite I ate literally had no meat in it. Just breading. The soup crunchies were over cooked and deep brown. The beef was slimy. Not returning! And neither should you. Do better, local business.
