The environment at China One appears to be functional and perhaps geared towards efficient service. One reviewer noted that the place was "empty" when they arrived around 7 pm, which resulted in quick service. While this observation doesn't provide extensive details about the ambiance or decor, it suggests that customers can expect a relatively quiet setting during certain hours, potentially allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The primary emphasis in the reviews is on the quality and efficiency of the food and service rather than the detailed aesthetics of the dining space. However, the positive mention of "good taste" implies a clean and well-maintained kitchen and preparation area, contributing to the overall positive perception of the restaurant.
Service at China One is highlighted for its speed and efficiency. The reviewer who dined in the evening mentioned being served quickly due to the restaurant being less busy at that time. This suggests that the staff is prompt and attentive, ensuring that orders are taken and fulfilled in a timely manner. For those opting for takeout, the restaurant's focus on "Chinese food made quick" implies an efficient system for processing and preparing orders for customers on the go. The friendly and welcoming demeanor of the staff is often a crucial aspect of positive dining experiences, although specific mentions of staff interaction are limited in the provided reviews, the overall positive sentiment suggests a satisfactory level of customer service.
A key feature of China One is the quality and taste of its Chinese food. One reviewer described it as having "good taste" and being "pretty close to authentic." While acknowledging the subjectivity of defining authentic Chinese cuisine, this positive assessment indicates that the flavors are well-received and likely cater to a broad range of palates. The reviewer specifically detailed their family meal, which included Won Ton Soup (with a substitution for House Chow Mein), Mongolian Beef, and Orange Chicken. All these dishes were rated as "pretty good," indicating a consistent level of quality across different menu items. The meal also came with a selection of appetizers â Fried Shrimp, Fried Won Tons, and Egg Rolls â further adding to the variety and value.
Another significant feature of China One is the generous portion sizes. The reviewer explicitly mentioned that "the servings were plentiful! ð," highlighting the value for money that customers can expect. This is particularly appealing for families or individuals looking for a substantial meal. Coupled with the "not too bad" price point, the generous portions make China One an attractive option for those seeking both quality and quantity without breaking the bank.
The second review specifically mentions "great Lunch specials" priced at $9.95, which include rice, chow mein, and a choice of meat from the lunch menu. This is a significant promotional aspect, offering an affordable and satisfying midday meal option for local workers and residents. The combination of rice, chow mein, and a protein choice provides a balanced and filling lunch at a competitive price point. This lunch special is a clear indication of China One's commitment to providing value to its customers.

Good Chinese food made quick with good taste ð pretty close to authentic (if I can be the one to qualify Chinese food as authentic ðĪŠ) we did a family meal that came with Won Ton Soup, switched out the House Fried Rice for House Chow Mein, picked 2 entrees and went with the Mongolian Beef and Orange Chicken. All were pretty good ð the meal also came with 2 Fried Shrimp, 2 Fried Won Tons and 2 Egg Rolls. The servings were plentiful! ð And the price wasn't too bad! ð The place was empty when we got there around 7pm so we got served quick. I'm sure we'll be back some time soon! ð
Great Food made to order, great Lunch specials, $9.95 Rice & chow Mein and whatever meat on the Lunch menu.
Excellent food. Place is very clean. You can watch the cooks do an efficient choreographed prep dance in the narrow kitchen when rush hour happens. Parking is plentiful. $$ for fast food, but it is fresh!
Small spot next to Stater Bros. Was still open and I got a urge to order. Went inside. Ordered some house fried rice. Tap to pay. Place wae clean and the service was nice. My food came out quickly. They included utensils, soy sauce and Sriracha. Ate at home and wws impressed with amount of shrimp included.
I never leave any sort of review for any reason, but after being treated badly by staff for asking for more sauce this will probably be my first and last time here. I placed my order online for pickup, once I arrived I asked for more sauce so they gave me an extra packet. I then offered to pay for it where a gentleman behind the cashier turned around and in a very harsh voice proceeded to tell no you already have some. Cmon guys I offered to pay for it and in return I got treated very badly. HORRIBLE customer service which should be everything for you guys. GET BETTER!
