***updated review*** The owner was incredibly responsive to this compliant and I'm very happy to say this is our favorite Chinese spot one again! Delicious food, polite, fast service! ***old review*** Honestly, it makes me really sad to lower my review of this place. We've absolutely loved ordering from them for years. Since this new guy has come on service and quality has really gone down hill. Seemingly only when he's working though, it's still great when the owner prepares the food. The other guy made us nearly raw crab rangoon and very over cooked rice. He's also incredibly impatient and rude. Very unprofessional. After 4 or 5 negative encounters this last one was the worst. He literally answered "hello?" which prompted us to ask if we called the right number. He then told my husband to order faster. Hopefully at some point we can be customers again when that employee no longer works there.

The guy how was taking are orders was super happy to see us when we came in even though we don’t know him he was happy.

This is no longer my favorite Chinese place. I've been ordering from then for over a year and the new guy was very rude to me asking if I knew what store I called because it wasn't a 920 area code. Then he starts asking me to verify where I'm at ans where the store is. I refuse to give them my business anymore. I knew others that have said he has been rude to them to. I might come back if he is gone or he apologize to me.

With a small town like Fort Atkinson it's somewhat unreasonable to expect a place of this value and service. They've always been great to me and my family. Good food, good prices, and good service. If you're looking for what I'd call "Standard Americanized-Chinese Food" this is a place to go.
