Based on the available customer reviews, China Chinese Restaurant offers takeout services. One reviewer specifically mentioned getting takeout on two occasions. It is common for Chinese restaurants to also offer delivery services, and they may have dine-in facilities as well. Local users interested in delivery or dining in should contact the restaurant directly to confirm the availability of these options and any relevant details such as delivery areas or operating hours for dine-in.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the potential experience at China Chinese Restaurant, it is crucial to consider the recent feedback provided by customers in their online reviews. These firsthand accounts highlight significant concerns regarding the quality and taste of the food, as well as the service provided.

One customer who had ordered takeout twice reported consistent issues with the fried rice, describing it as hard and dry, with a crunchy texture that is not typical or desirable. They noted that even reheating the rice with added water did not improve its quality. This reviewer also commented on the almond chicken, which was prepared with whole, raw almonds sprinkled on top, a preparation they found unusual compared to other restaurants. While they found the egg rolls to be "not bad," they suspected they were purchased frozen and simply fried in-house. The egg drop soup was also deemed "not bad," but the accompanying crispy noodles were described as being among the worst they had ever tasted. Overall, this customer expressed disappointment and indicated that their search for decent Chinese food in their new neighborhood would continue, as China Chinese Restaurant did not meet their expectations. They did, however, note that the service was good, identifying it as one of the few positive aspects of their experience.

Another customer shared a highly negative experience after ordering $50 worth of food for their family. They reported feeling sick the day after consuming the meal, attributing it to the food. Specifically, they mentioned that both the fried rice and the lo mein tasted old. In addition to the poor food quality, this reviewer also criticized the service they received when picking up their order, stating that they were not greeted with a "hello" or a smile. They concluded their review with strong disapproval, suggesting that the health department should be called on the restaurant and stating they would "definitely not be back." This review raises serious concerns about food freshness, potential food safety, and the overall customer service experience.

Considering these two reviews, several significant issues emerge regarding China Chinese Restaurant. The quality of the fried rice appears to be a recurring problem, with both reviewers describing it negatively (hard, dry, crunchy, and tasting old). The preparation of other dishes also raises concerns, such as the unusual almond chicken and the poor quality of the crispy noodles for the egg drop soup. Furthermore, there are serious allegations about the food tasting old and potentially causing illness, which are significant red flags for food safety.

In terms of service, the feedback is mixed. One reviewer noted good service during their takeout experience, while the other reported a complete lack of greeting or positive interaction when picking up a substantial order. This inconsistency suggests that the service quality may not be reliable.

Based on these reviews, it is challenging to identify any compelling positive features of China Chinese Restaurant. While one customer mentioned good service as a singular positive, the overwhelming concerns about food quality, taste, and potential food safety issues are significant drawbacks that potential customers should carefully consider.

Without access to a menu, it is difficult to provide specific details about the variety of Chinese dishes offered at China. However, based on the items mentioned in the reviews—fried rice, almond chicken, egg rolls, egg drop soup, and lo mein—it is likely that they offer a range of standard Chinese-American fare. This typically includes various types of fried rice and noodle dishes, a selection of chicken, beef, pork, and seafood entrees prepared with different sauces and vegetables, as well as common soups and appetizers.

For local users in Warrenville, SC, seeking a Chinese restaurant, China, located on Jefferson Davis Hwy, offers takeout services and potentially delivery and dine-in. However, the recent customer reviews raise serious concerns about the quality and freshness of their food, with reports of hard, dry fried rice, unusual dish preparations, and food that tasted old and allegedly caused illness. The service experience also appears to be inconsistent. Potential customers should carefully consider this negative feedback before placing an order or visiting this establishment. The reported issues with food quality and potential food safety are significant factors that may deter many from choosing this restaurant.

Promotional information for China Chinese Restaurant is not included in the provided reviews. In conclusion, China Chinese Restaurant in Warrenville, SC, has received negative feedback in recent customer reviews regarding the quality and taste of their food, with specific complaints about hard and dry fried rice, unusual dish preparations, and food that tasted old and allegedly caused illness. The service experience also appears to be inconsistent. Local users should carefully consider these significant concerns before deciding to patronize this establishment for their Chinese food needs. The reported issues with food quality and potential food safety are serious drawbacks that outweigh the single positive mention of good service in one review.

I’ve gotten takeout here twice now, and both times the fried rice was hard and dry. Fried rice is not supposed to crunch when you chew it. Even adding some water and reheating it does not help. The almond chicken had whole, raw almonds sprinkled on top which I’ve never seen at any other restaurant. The egg rolls aren’t bad, but I’m guessing they are purchased frozen and only fried in house. The egg drop soup isn’t bad, but the crispy needles that go with it are some of the worst I’ve had. Guess my hint for decent Chinese food in my new neighborhood will continue, because this isn’t it. The service is good, and that’s one of the few positives of this place.

Ordered $50 worth of food from yall just for my family and me to feel sick the next day. The fried rice tasted old and so did the lo mein. Not only that the service sucks not one hello or smile when I walked in to pick up my order. You guys suck and need the health department called on yall. Definitely will not be back.

Consider this your warning… found some sort of worm in our lo mein. The owner was just going to refund us the lo mein instead of the entire order... This is absolutely unacceptable and a clear example of what I’m sure the rest of the kitchen looks like.

Take out is always consistently really scrumptious. The orders are always ready when promised. They're friendly and kind. We like the Orange chicken and General Tso's Chicken. They're smart to the tastes of their clients.

This use to be a great place to eat however everything changes when the restaurant changed the owner or the people who are running it now. Usually you are greeted by a friendly smile, but not today. The rice tasted scorched, the egg rolls were cooked extremely hard, too much curry taste and vegetables under cooked. This was one of our family's go to place for great food fair prices.
