About China Master

China Master is a Chinese restaurant situated at 2801 S Memorial Pkwy in Huntsville, Alabama (35801, USA). As a local establishment within the Chinese Restaurant category, China Master offers a variety of Chinese-American dishes, including combo meals and individual selections. Located on South Memorial Parkway, it aims to serve the Huntsville community with a range of familiar Chinese flavors. Based on the limited customer feedback available, specific details about the environment of China Master are not extensively provided. One reviewer focused on their takeout order and did not comment on the dining area. The other reviewer also did not describe the restaurant's ambiance. Therefore, an objective assessment of the environment, including aspects like décor, cleanliness, or atmosphere, cannot be made based solely on the information provided. Potential customers seeking information about the dining environment may need to visit the location or inquire directly with the restaurant.

In terms of services, China Master appears to primarily cater to takeout orders, as one of the reviews details a combo meal obtained for takeout. The same reviewer specifically mentioned positive customer service, stating, "as far as customer service quality, I have no complaints." This suggests that the staff at China Master are attentive and handle orders efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction, particularly regarding specific requests like omitting ice from a drink. While dine-in service is a standard offering for many Chinese restaurants, the provided reviews do not explicitly comment on this aspect for China Master. However, it is reasonable to assume that they offer both takeout and potentially dine-in options given the nature of the establishment.

The features of China Master, as gleaned from the customer reviews, include their combo meals, specific chicken dishes, and sides. One reviewer detailed their experience with the #2 Combo, which includes two types of chicken (spicy chicken and sesame chicken), one side (noodles), and an egg roll. The reviewer found the chicken to be "alright" and acknowledged previous negative reviews about mushy chicken, noting that they experienced only "maybe a piece or two" with that texture. This suggests a potential inconsistency in the chicken's preparation. The portion size of the combo was deemed "good," and the drink was also satisfactory. Another customer specifically praised the "excellent honey chicken" and "good fried rice," indicating that these dishes are among their strengths. However, this same reviewer expressed disappointment with the crab rangoons, describing them as "sad" with "hardly any filling." This again points to a potential variability in the quality and preparation of different items on their menu. The availability of combo meals offers customers a convenient way to sample a variety of dishes at a set price.

Currently, there is no specific promotional information available for China Master in the provided reviews. There are no mentions of discounts, special offers, or loyalty programs. The focus of the feedback is on the food quality and service experienced. Local users interested in knowing about any current promotions or special deals are advised to contact the restaurant directly at (256) 533-0647 or +1 256-533-0647. They may also inquire about any daily specials or combo deals that might be available.

In conclusion, China Master in Huntsville, AL, offers a range of Chinese-American dishes, including combo meals featuring options like spicy chicken and sesame chicken, along with sides such as noodles and egg rolls. Customer service appears to be satisfactory, with at least one reviewer noting a positive experience. The portion sizes are also considered good. However, the food quality seems to be somewhat inconsistent, with one reviewer noting a minor issue with mushy chicken, while another praised the honey chicken and fried rice but was disappointed with the crab rangoons due to a lack of filling. This suggests that while some dishes at China Master may be well-received, others might not meet expectations. Potential local users might find value in the combo meals and the praised honey chicken and fried rice, but should be aware of the reported issues with other items like the crab rangoons and the potential for inconsistent chicken texture. As there is no promotional information available, those interested in deals should contact the restaurant directly.

I got the #2 Combo, which comes with two (2) types of chicken, and one (1) side. I got spicy chicken and sesame chicken, with noodles and an egg roll. The chicken was alright. I can see why some people made some bad reviews concerning the food quality— about the chicken being mushy. I had maybe a piece or two that was mushy. Otherwise, the food was good, and as far as customer service quality, I have no complaints. Portion size was good. Drink was pretty good also. (I got a Fanta without ice. They didn’t put any ice, just like I requested!)

Excellent honey chicken. Good fried rice. Sad crab rangoons. Hardly any filling.

This is by far the WORST restaurant food I’ve ever eaten. The meat was tough like beef jerky. The crab rangoon had little to no fillings inside. The fried rice looked and tasted like mushy, microwaveable tv-dinner fried rice—It was awful. On top of that it made both my husband and I sick to our stomachs.

I ordered thru grub hub. I got the general tso and bourbon chicken. This was my first time eating China Master. The food was awful. The meat was so hard I couldn't chew it. It was overcooked, I could tell it tastes like it wasn't fresh. This is worst place I've eaten from in Huntsville.

Sesame chicken is amazing as usual but the fried rice is awful and so are the lo mein noodles. We used to love the rice and the noodles but since coming back after being closed, they changed how they make them. Sad.
