Food was decent. Service was very good. Wanted to post full pics of the menu because I couldn’t find the appetizers in any other review and they don’t seem to have a website.

I ordered Singapore Chow Mei Fun 星洲炒米, and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and authentic it was. Didn’t expect to find this here in Penn Yan

Run down old building, food quality was less than mediocre, and the portion size was okay but on the lower end. When I walked in it was stuffy and the woman working was yelling at someone on the phone for ten minutes before taking my order. When you go to one of these places they usually load up a takeout tub for you, I got maybe a half pound of meat over some rice. The kicker was that it almost cost $20! Never again.

1. The food was not marked. Can’t tell the difference between Hunan or Scezuan chicken (see pic). Taste was also similar. 2. Chicken dishes had 80% veggies. 3. Charged me extra for making a spicy dish on the menu a bit extra spicy. The menu mentions to confirm the spice level but doesn’t say that charges are extra. Anyways, even after making it extra spicy the food tasted mild sweet. They mentioned that they made it 3 times spicy. Not sure what kind of spicy meter they have. 4. They charge 4% over menu price when not paying cash. 5. The food taste was average. 6. Portion size is apt for the price.

Absolutely the worst Chinese food we've ever eaten. We ordered two combo meals, and the rice was so mushy and over cooked, and the General Tso's chicken had no flavor except for a little sweetness. Even the egg rolls were really burned.There's no excuse for the super low quality of their food it was the middle of the week, and they were very slow .DON'T EAT HERE
