China Inn Restaurant

This place has been there for many years. Food is always good and prompt service. We are there every couple of weeks. My favorite is C19, hunan beef with white rice and an egg roll.

Unfortunately this place has gone down hill. A few years ago the food was fresh and tasty. So this place has made the list of don't order from here again. The food I ordered didn't taste fresh it tasted like they warmed it up in the microwave and sold me left overs. Who knows how long that was sitting around. It seems like all Chinese places in Montgomery county are horrible. If you want left overs order from here. You have been warned don't order from here or any other Chinese places in Montgomery county. Trust me save your money.

First time ordering from China Inn tonight. I was in the area for some business and wanted some Chinese food for dinner. After googling and checking reviews of local establishments, I decided to come here to China Inn. I ordered online at 3:15pm for a 5:15pm pick up. I was about 10 minutes early and the young lady behind the counter assured me my order would be ready shortly. I told her I knew I was early so no rush. My food was ready at 5:15pm on the dot. I had a 15 minute travel time to get where I was going and another 15 minutes before I could sit down to eat. After sitting 30 ish minutes total, my meal was still hot, fresh and just as I had ordered it. I had the General Tso combination platter which comes with pork fried rice and an egg roll. I also tried a pint of their house lo-mein. Everything was delicious. The portions were big and I'll be having another full meal with the leftovers. This was a very good first experience and I will be returning again. The staff were friendly and the lobby of the restaurant was very clean. If I had to criticize any part of my experience, it would be the General Tso chicken could be spicier but that's just my personal taste. The meal was delicious either way so if you're in the area and have a hankerin for Chinese food, give these folks a try.

Ordered for the 1st time. It was not good at all, I even asked specifically about the dish before I ordered since there is no description on the menu and it was not what was said to me. They are inexpensive for a reason. Even the rice was awful.

I was charged on my credit card $200 over what my takeout cost for one. Inwas a regular customer and I also alsways check my charge slips. But when I got my statement the charge was for $200 extra. I didn’t leave a tip as I never do when I pick up takeout. I disputed the charge as well as went to the place. I got yelled at and called a liar. My cc went with the charge as they said I had no proof (who keeps a take out receipt 20 days after ordering). NEVER WILL BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN. They don’t care and if you dispute them the woman in the front starts yelling at you saying they did nothing wrong. And then some guy/cook comes up and tells you to get out.
