About China Inn Restaurant Inc

China Inn Restaurant Inc is a Chinese restaurant located at 312 W Broaddus Ave in Bowling Green, Virginia. As a local Chinese eatery, it aims to serve the community with a variety of Chinese cuisine options. However, based on recent customer reviews found online, the experiences at China Inn Restaurant Inc appear to be quite polarized, with some customers expressing significant dissatisfaction while others have had very positive experiences. This introduction seeks to provide an objective overview of the restaurant based on this contrasting feedback, covering aspects of food quality, portion size, and overall satisfaction.

One customer, who had eaten at China Inn Restaurant Inc occasionally over the years and found the food "usually just okay," reported a notably negative experience with their most recent order. This suggests a potential decline in food quality or consistency. The specific dish they ordered was the chicken teriyaki, which they described as having an "extremely small portion." More concerningly, they found the meat to be "dry" and possessing an "overwhelmingly sour taste," leading them to suspect it might be close to spoiled. This negative experience was severe enough that the customer "couldn’t even eat" the chicken strips.

The same reviewer also expressed disappointment with the fried rice, describing it as "just as disappointing: dry, bland, and barely had any meat." This indicates a significant issue with the quality and composition of a staple Chinese dish. Even the egg rolls, which were mentioned as the "best part of the meal," were still considered to be "among the worst I’ve ever had," suggesting a generally low standard in this particular customer's experience. Ultimately, this customer felt that spending $40 on the meal was a "complete waste" and declared they would not order from China Inn Restaurant Inc again.

In stark contrast, another customer had a highly positive experience, describing China Inn Restaurant Inc as "a breath of fresh air" in an area they perceived as having generally poor Chinese food. This reviewer specifically praised the "great family that owns and operates this establishment," suggesting a welcoming and family-run atmosphere, although no specific details about the environment were provided.

This positive review also lauded the food as "wonderful and tasty." The customer specifically mentioned the general tso white meat, which they found to be "crispy, thin and tender." The fried rice also received positive feedback, being described as "good." Furthermore, they highlighted the crab rangoons as "sweet and crispy" and the steamed and fried dumplings as potentially "one of the best I’ve ever tried." This glowing feedback on multiple dishes presents a very different picture of the food quality at China Inn Restaurant Inc.

The significant divergence in these two recent reviews makes it challenging to form a definitive overall assessment of China Inn Restaurant Inc. One customer experienced multiple dishes of very poor quality and small portions, leading to a strong negative impression. The other found several dishes to be excellent and praised the family 운영 the restaurant. This suggests that the quality of food and the overall experience might be inconsistent, or perhaps that different dishes are of varying standards.

Neither review provides much detail about the environment of the restaurant itself. One mentions a "great family that owns and operates this establishment," which could imply a warm and personal atmosphere, but there is no description of the décor or layout. Similarly, information about the services offered is limited. We know they offer takeout (as one review was based on an order), but there is no mention of dine-in, delivery, or any other specific services.

Based on the available information, it is difficult to pinpoint specific features of China Inn Restaurant Inc beyond the contrasting opinions on food quality. The positive reviewer highlighted the general tso white meat, crab rangoons, and dumplings as exceptional, which could be considered features for those who enjoy these dishes. However, the negative reviewer's experience directly contradicts this.

There is no promotional information available in the provided customer reviews. Local users interested in learning about any specials, discounts, or new menu items would need to contact China Inn Restaurant Inc directly at (804) 633-9355 or +1 804-633-9355.

For local users in Bowling Green, Virginia, China Inn Restaurant Inc at 312 W Broaddus Ave presents a somewhat uncertain dining option based on the recent reviews. While one customer had a very negative experience with dry chicken teriyaki, bland fried rice, and poor egg rolls, another found several dishes, including the general tso chicken, fried rice, crab rangoons, and dumplings, to be excellent and praised the family 운영 the restaurant. This wide disparity suggests that individual experiences may vary significantly.

Potential customers might consider trying dishes that have received positive mentions, such as the general tso white meat, crab rangoons, and dumplings, while being aware of the potential for inconsistency based on the negative feedback regarding other items like the chicken teriyaki and fried rice. The family-run aspect mentioned in one review could be a positive for those who value a personal touch. However, the lack of information about the dining environment makes it difficult to assess that aspect.

In conclusion, China Inn Restaurant Inc in Bowling Green, VA, has received strongly contrasting reviews regarding its food quality. While some customers have found exceptional dishes and appreciated the family 운영 the establishment, others have experienced very poor quality food and small portions. Local users may want to approach this restaurant with caution, perhaps trying specific dishes that have garnered positive feedback while being mindful of the potential for inconsistency.

I’ve eaten here occasionally over the years and the food has usually been just okay—but my most recent order changed that for the worse. The chicken teriyaki came in an extremely small portion, which may have been a blessing in disguise because the meat was dry and had an overwhelmingly sour taste. I’m not sure what spoiled meat tastes like, but those chicken strips might be close—I couldn’t even eat them. The fried rice was just as disappointing: dry, bland, and barely had any meat. The egg rolls were the best part of the meal, but even they were among the worst I’ve ever had. I can tolerate mediocre food, but this didn’t even meet that low bar. Spending $40 on this meal was a complete waste and I won’t be making that mistake again by ordering from here!

Virginia had trash Chinese food. This place, is a breath of fresh air. Great family that owns and operates this establishment. The food is wonderful and tasty. I have only tried the general tso white meat which was crispy, thin and tender. The fried rice was good as well. Their crab Rangoons are sweet and crispy and the steamed and fried dumplings may be one of the best I’ve ever tried.

My wife and I had dinner earlier earlier this afternoon. We shared steamed dumplings, my wife had a chicken noodle dish and I had the Mongolian beef. Loved all of it! Portions were huge - we’re both getting extra meals..cost, including drinks: $23. And service was first rate, too!

The staff was very friendly. There were limited drink options however which only include Coke bottled diet Coke bottled or bottled food Lion water however I actually found a crab rangoon without the crab which is awesome for me because I'm a vegetarian. And the fried rice was to die for. Worth a try to be sure.

Had the general tso chicken lunch special. Amazing! Fried correctly and coated generously with plenty of rice to last the whole meal. Very big helping as well of both meat and rice.
