Seems like it used to be ran as a restaurant, however it’s mostly a take out establishment now. You’re greeted with fast service, at least the 3 times that I’ve been there. Food is always decent, in addition to appearing to be a moms and pops shop therefor you can build a connection if you go often.

The food was terrible. Dry, hard, inedible. BBQ pork so hard u couldn't eat. Fried rice super dry. Egg rolls were hard cold and nasty! This is the 2nd time we got really bad food. That's it! Not going back again! We have been eating there for years. Not anymore! Wasted my money on garbage!

This place has been a gem for me to eat at for 20+ years. It is always excellent and David the owner is always welcoming and a great host. I have never had a bad meal. It amazes me for 8-12 special how much food you get and it's all made fresh in house..very rare. Tired of hard general Sao that happens because they use pre prep food. Not China house.. David has way better standards and refuses to do what all the other places do and use pre prep food that comes from a factory. Come see Dave you won't regret it the freshness and taste of everything I have had in 22 years is amazing..so good that I ate the number 20 for 2.5 years straight.. amazing.

Combo Egg Foo Young the BEST in Joliet. The gravy is tasty and others around are not. Also their BBQ Pork is absolutely amazing. Great portions on both for sure. Always will be a customer until I die. 😊
